Big Juice Bar Reviews - Big Juice Bar Scam or Legit

Ordered a Nutri-Rich Plan and rather than receive 7 ginger shots, I was sent 7 wheat grass shots instead (ewwwwwww).
The other juices I ordered are good and they sent me free extra juices to try but I was really looking forward to the 7 ginger shots and so I'm disappointed. Thanks for the extra juices, and the other Nutri-Rich juices though (they were as described).

I made the stupid mistake of ordering juice with this company on the 15th December 2019. They took the money immediately, however, one month later no product received, no money refunded. Sent numerous emails, which have been ignored. This company is clearly a scam and they deserve to go out of business for their abysmal customer service and general behaviour. Avoid this bunch of charlatans at all costs.

Ordered some of the juice shots. Hadn't heard anything 6 days after, so had to chase up twice. Finally managed to speak to someone who said they were busy and they would be sent out in the morning.
When received, the shots were not what I had ordered. I have since called, emailed, left 3 voicemail's and Facebook messaged. No one has come back to me. Would not use again!

Big Juice's frozen wheatgrass is certainly good quality, and is proving a convenient way to boost my nutrient intake. After a month my skin seems to be clearing!
BUT … they are so wasteful with packaging, insisting on using non-recyclable packaging including polystyrene, with no re-use service in place.
Worse still, when we tried to speak to them about it, they were unhelpful: saying that they "can't" take away the used packaging for re-use. Contrast this with some other companies who deliver perishable goods, such as a well-known online butchers who offer this service as standard, and this is rather disappointing.
I am continuing to look for a good frozen wheatgrass company that is more responsive to their customers' needs. I am not willing to create a mountain of landfill simply for the convenience of a non-customer-focused company.
