I saw an item for a very low price and took a chance trying to order from them. After over a week with my order in "processing", I attempted to contact them. Phone rang and didn't pick up. Chat just sent an email. I even tried Facebook Messenger because I heard they sometimes respond to that. After a few more days, I received a strange email that the item I ordered wasn't available and they were going to substitute with this year's model, but it would take 6 more weeks to ship! Having no faith that the right product would actually be sent to me, I replied to cancel the order. I also sent this through their site email. There was no reply for a couple more days until I finally received an email confirmation that the order was cancelled, bringing an end to this customer service horror show. The item I tried to order is still for sale on their site at the same too-low price.

Horrible. Not even sure this is even a real company. I ordered items on July 1st — Waited a few weeks and received nothing. Emailed them and they said: "Oh, everything's on backorder for 6 more weeks". Well, ok, when were you going to tell me? I wait six more weeks…nothing. After more than 2 months I gave up, ordered the same items on Amazon and they were delivered in less than 5 days.

Ordered a bike on July 1. No sign of it since. I've contacted them every 15 days asking for updates. My first couple of emails were answered, but always with some excuse as to why things were delayed. Now they don't even answer. Tried calling to cancel the order outright, and no one picks up the phone. No voicemail or anything, just rings off the hook. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and encourage others to do the same. Absolutely ridiculous. It's been 6 months of COVID now. All the disclaimers in the world don't allow this complete abdication of customer service. Figure it out or STOP TAKING ORDERS.

I placed my order over a month ago and have not received the order or any communication. They do NOT answer their phone or reply to their emails or live chats. Multiple calls unanswered and multiple emails never replied to. Over a month later they said they shipped my order then sent a bad tracking number link.
I ordered the parts from another company and I am in the process of disputing the charge. Believe the reviews about bad service band do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.

Ordered, called to find out when they can ship, no answer… Either number. Emailed, got the COVID-19 message… I would hope that at the very least they understand what an answering machine/service is so that I would at least know there's a pulse there.

One bike shipped the other who knows. They have my money I am missing a bike in our order. No phone number that gets picked up. This is a clown show…Avoid em

If I could give them a zero, I would. Ordered a part in May for a customer of ours with 2nd-day shipping. Never heard from them. Tried to e-mail and call, and no response. Finally got in touch with someone 7/20/20 and was informed that the Vice President cancelled the order last month. Nobody ever contacted me. Then was told that the part was discontinued (which they probably never had in the first place!). Not very happy with the sloppy service and the misinformation on their site about part availability.

If you are considering ordering from them BEWARE!!!! Wish I would have read the hundreds of negative reviews before I ordered. They are good at one thing: TAKING YOUR MONEY. They suck at shipping, returning calls, crediting your credit card, and overall customer service. There are SO many 1 star reviews on FB and Yelp, I don't see how they can still be in business. Go elsewhere, trust me.

I ordered mountain bike handlebars over a month ago and have received nothing but my receipt of purchase. This company is a complete fraud! They do not answer there phone nor reply to email. If you like throwing your money away, log on to there site and order away! Companies like this should be shut down and the scumbags running should be thrown in jail. Stay far away from this business!!!

Our Church has a bicycle repair ministry where we take our mobile workshop to low income areas and repair bicycles for children and adults . the most common repairs are tires and tubes . even at the big discount stores, standard grade tires and tubes can be expensive . To help our budget stretch, we use BikeBling and buy bulk amounts . Juan is always helpful and makes sure we get our parts on time !

I am building up a new bike and I was looking for Dura Ace and other components. Kerry and Juan were terrific in getting the parts I wanted, including a Dura Ace FC-R9100-P crank, at very competitive prices. They provided almost all of the components on my wish list and were very helpful in ensuring everything was shipped quickly. From a Enve Disc fork to a Zipp Disc wheelset, they provided top service in filling my special orders. If you have a specific component that you are looking for, I would not hesitate to contact BikeBling (BB) to receive a quote. My order with BB included about 90% of the total bike components and they were able to fill everything I requested. It did take over six months to get the Dura Ace power-meter crankset, but they came through faster than any other source I contacted. Kudo's to Kerry and Juan @ BikeBling.

I ordered 2 boxes of sports nutrition products which were clearly listed on their website. Since the manufacturer recently discontinued them, bike bling substituted another product without even asking. I contacted Chris incustomer service about their deceptive practice, but received no satisfaction. Basically he wanted me to mail them back to California and I would eventually get a refund. They shouldn't have had the product showing as in-stock if they didn't have them.

Poor customer service and deceptive practices. I recommend you avoid this company.
