1. They had the M-size of Assos jersey (kit actually) on their site, which I ordered.
2. Then they sent me the XLG size.
3. I complained, they said they are sorry and that they had the failure in their stock and they instructed me to send it back and that they will cover all the expenses.
4. So I sent it back to them and they received it on Aug. 15th. Since then they've asked me about my bank account for three times and ignored all my other e-mails.

I ordered a bike from Bikebuster. The delivery was fast but they delivered it without setting the front break and shifter which was included in the deal (it costed 500 kr extra). After I told them the problem they wanted me to bring the bike to their warehouse on my own expenses. I don't want to know what would happen if I had any problem during the warranty time. :S

I have now used them for around 10 years now (a racing bikecycle and lots of spares), and have never had a problem.
Recently bought a cheap pedal clamp, but got the wrong model. They told me to keep the wrong one, and they sent a more expensive correct one within 3 days.

I've shopped here several times – only once had a problem, with the wrong item being delivered. This was replaced at no cost and in good time (and with apologies, which cost nothing but sometimes lack from other places!). My only "complaint" is that the cheapest prices are often on items with unusual sizing…
