I bought a maxxis assegai tire in the shop and when I mounted it was deformed, I contacted the store that informed me to send a tire for inspection. they asked me for a video to show the tire, a video where you can clearly see the defect, I don't think it's fair to have to spend money sending a tire back and running out of a bicycle because they are inspecting a tire. I will not shop again at this store. Thank you for making me ride with a deformed tire for 40 euros.

Outstanding low prices, between 50 to 30 % less than the local bike shop. So far perfect service (after 3 orders 谩 8-9 items). Honest and straight forward business model. Finally it makes economically sense to upgrade or retrofit your bike.

Zero stars! Having placing an order almost a month ago. The parcel seems to be lost which means no goods and no money. Answer from bikediscount?? Be patience! Seriously??? I just want my money back as I had to purchase the items somewhere else spending money twice. The worse CS I have never experienced.

The shop is ok, good prices and good availability

I've been a customer for years and happy to be so until very recently. I've never ever experienced such a bad customer service:

I bought a new crank for my MTB, which it needed. I found the best price on bike-discount.de (great price comes with a cut of costs somewhere)… I installed the crank during the weekend, but after three days I noticed a wiggle in the crank, which was due to a faulty threading. After three days of use, the threading was completely worn out. I was surprised and send the crank back to Germany.

Here it took bike-discount.de THREE weeks to look at my crankset, then send it back – and here's where it gets really tricky. They haven't done anything. After three weeks I've gotten the same crank back. Or not quite, they only send the drive-side!!! So I ask where the other half is and they say it's in the mail. Who does this?

Anyways – so after more than a month I recieve my crank set back. Not being repaired or anything. Now I ask for a refund, but gets told I've mounted the pedals wrong. And now they won't respond to my e-mails.
I've repaired bikes for several years and know how to mount pedals. They even have a "L" and "R" marking, ffs!

So now I'm left frustrated, without a functional bike, with a useless crank and bike-discount refusing to refund the money. I mean, how can a business survive with this kind of service?

TLDR: The company is slow, bad and refusing to refund the money I paid for a defect product. This is by far the worst online shopping experience ever!

Bikediscount has not been as swift as Bikediscount previously has been. Waiting weeks for a kids bike is not ok, when the homepage is giving the information that is going to be delivered within 5 days.

I had to call Bikediscount several times before they reacted.

so if you can wait for a long time…..

Moreover the bike was scratched when delivered.

Hello everyone,
I ordered some components, and it seemed that the goods arrived here, but since I was at job, I did not get it, and no message from any deliverer. Emailed them, but did not hear anything back. Next, I went around to postoffices, and found my package. I email them again , taht I had found my package, but still no feedback.
They should take it a bit more seriously about customer service.
I should mention, that I got the goods very fast from the sender, and package was fine.
I will try to order again another time, and report back afterwards.
