Bought a kids bicycle for my son. Quality was generally good, but had to return it because of a small defect. Dealing with the issue took several months. Bad customer service. No phone number to call. Emails are answered after weeks, and in an non-personal style. My son spent the whole fall without a bicycle. Shame. In the end, I got the money back.

Invoice received and delivery on its way was the information. This was supposed to be 鈥渜uick delivery 鈥? Now the freight handler has not received anything and suggests to contact Bikester. Of course Bikester cannot be reached in any sensible way. Useless customer service.
This is Bikester in Sweden in a nutshell.
Ordering from a large retailer directly from Germany seems so much faster, cheaper and reliable with perfect customer service.

This onlinshop is one of the worst ever I have experienced. We ordered bicycle for my son but the bicycle had a problem so requested to return. After one week we got an email that they will pass on the technical support team and it was 2weeks ago. We are still waiting for the email and no where you can find the service contract number. Do not buy from this online store.I rather go to the shop. We are going to call the credit card company and same time will report to the regal customer right service center.

I just bought a few clothes and 2 minutes after hitting the enter key, I noticed that i had the wrong address. I immediately tried to change the order but was not possible and then within 5 min of the order, contacted the service center (was only possible by email) and asked for a change in the delivery address. Three days later I received a note that it was too late to change the delivery address..

Confusing website with bad search but good choice and decent prices; the good thing was the premium membership with free delivery for a year. Which apparently disappeared – so I paid for one year of membership in January and now I have to pay for delivery after 6 months. This is a scam.

Shops should be marked based only on how do they deal with problems. I bought a 2020 focus paralane 9.7, they sent me a 2018 paralane 9.6 (at least 50% cheaper than what i bought) – They also have no phone number, or place where you can go, so good luck whenever you need something. Before buying go aheda and check their facebook, is full of complaints and people saying that it took months for bikester to answer. Never again in this shop

– Order placed 05.05.2020, payment by bank transfer CHF 29XX.–), bike size XS
– Never received payment confirmation from bikester
– Bike in size M incorrectly delivered on 15.05.2020
– Solving this problem with bikester almost impossible (lack of contact)
– Return shipment finally on May 25th (by trying to contact bikester on all possible ways)
– Receipt of goods confirmed on 27th of May
– Refund of the CHF 29XX.鈥攁fter 23 working days (more than one month!)

Delivering wrong bike is possible and acceptable. But from this point, bikester seemed to be careless. bikester service is the worst I have ever experienced. Telephone service is simply blocked. Writing emails does not give proper results. It鈥檚 a one-way communication. Contact via contact form also feels like one-way communication. Answers from bikester are either 鈥渘o-answer鈥?at all, incomplete, wrong or nonsense. In the end, I had to find contact via facebook messenger and LinkedIn (!!).

For me, it looks like bikester is using my precious money as their working capital. I was basically missing (since I did not get an equivalent value) money for almost two months in total.

Shopping experience with bikester felt disastrous to me. bikester does not deserve my trust.

As a company you seem to have no payment morality and no pride. Work on it. What differentiates you is not the things you trade 鈥?it鈥檚 the customer service you offer (or obviously don鈥檛 offer). I wont come back as a customer.

Absolutely awful service – we purchased an e-mountain bike from bikester. Firstly it didn鈥檛 come with a charger so we had to wait 3 weeks for that to come. Then the e-bike stopped working. There is a fault with the drive unit and electronics. They will not respond to us. We have reached out to them on Instagram, Facebook, email and phone. I would really avoid this company because when something goes wrong, they will not help you. We have an expensive faulty e-bike in our cellar and cannot use it for the summer. We have asked our credit card company to intervene as well as our legal insurance to get this resolved. It鈥檚 a disgraceful company.

Prices are fine and the delivery was fast enough.

However, one item was faulty. I tried to contact them to arrange a replacement, almost 1 month later they have not replied.

The returns form in the box says that I have to pay the postage to return the item. This would not be fair for a faulty item.

Shop cannot be contacted via phone, only with several day delay via email. This is a bit cumbersome (especially if you still want to make a change to your order which should easily be possible), so the bike was sent and I had to send it back and order again. It all worked out in the end (especially they covered for the extra delivery cost) and the staff is super friendly!! As I said, just a bit cumbersome why not reachable via phone (I understand from their website it鈥檚 due to Corona, but really why still now on 09JUN, many things go back to normal already and so should the reachability via phone) ://

I have ordered an E-Bike for my wife.
Luckily it fitted well. So there was no need to send it back.

Unfortunately there were some scratches on the bike.
No feedback on several emails!!!

If you're 100% sure about the product to order, then it's fine.
But if there are any doubts; Just notice you will never have someone responding to your request.

I will avoid it.

My order has not been arrived and they did not refund the amount.

Customer service completely ingores my enquiries, I can't call them, because they have removed their phone numbers from their websites ('Covid excuse').
I do not know what can I do in this case.

I order from them often, and have never had any problems. Selection seems to have narrowed a bit in the past several months, but service times have improved in my opinion, even with the pandemic going on. Keep up the good work!

Standard online store. Good prices. Almost no customer care.

So far never had an issue all is delivered timely and with expected quality.
Yes they deliver from Germany. So? World is my oyster!

If you ordered something wrong , just return it works like a charm.
