I've used many different sites to purchase and sell skins, and I can say that my best experience has been with Bitskins. Adding funds is quite easy, though it's not easy, it definitely did not give me any trouble. Bitskin also offers the lowest prices you can find compared to anything else. definitely would recommend this to many people. I haven't made a huge purchase, the max of $65, but I can say that you can spend any money safely. You'll definitely profit the most if you use Bitskins.

As advertised, prices are great, skins are exactly what you buy.

You actually won't get an answer from these guys, sent a support ticket 48 hours ago and not a single answer, they also won't answer your mails. The worst customer support I've seen, unexistent.
