Very poor company and customer service . Do not answer emails nor interested inputting right their mistake . Sent wrong AirPods to me not the ones I ordered. Sent 3 emails trying to resolve by either sending back for full refund or replacement or to receive a part credit for their error and keep the wrong AirPods they sent . No response whatsoever and no return address . Very poor company don鈥檛 send what you purchased and don鈥檛 answer emails to try and resolve . May now try my Creditcard to chargeback them if no solution comes from them .

SCAM ALERT! Do not buy from this company. After over 2 month of waiting for the product to be produced, the took the tracking link off without notice or information. The company also did not respond to the request of reimbursement.

I ordered my Pods 3 Month ago – they never arrived. They even don't want to give the money back because they say "it's produced" – if yes why they don't send it! So NEVER order a BlackPod there!

Overpriced aliexpress rip offs.
I've expected them to be at least a little better than the not black aliexpress pods, but they're exactly the same just in black and for 30$ more.

Absolute waste of money!! Rubbish product, zero connectivity in left ear, fluctuating in right ear. Cheap shoddy merchandise and no response to emails. I hate the thought that I鈥檝e been scammed but have to accept that鈥檚 the case. Hopefully my credit card can sort it out for me. If I could I鈥檇 give a zero star rating!!

I placed my order for my blackpods over a month ago and they have not arrived. I have tried to contact them of several occasions and they don't reply. I think its a scam, so please be warned.

These websites of BLXCK Pods are SCAM!!!
My order has been marked as shipped 8 days ago and is still not in transit !!!
They are ignoring emails and when they answer to reviews they write to call customer service… those Danish numbers are in Danish only so I don't understand a word and it's all automatic programmed anyway + mailbox! The numbers are fake too just to show the readers that they are willing to help but the numbers are fake too!!!
