i just saw all the bad reviews. I've ordered from then before and you shouldn't expect a good quality knife. Your not paying for a good quality knife. Dont get butthurt when you don't get what you didn't pay for it. I love the knives!

I ordered two sets of a free Three knives Giveaway and a extra knife, the first package arrived and it was great, 4 knives in it as expected, all exceptionally sharp and with cool designs, then the second package arrived and I only got one blade instead of three, which really upset me because after the first one arrived I was really excited to see what I would get next. I emailed the contact email over 3 hours ago and still no response, but that's to expected considering it was probably after business hours. I'll update if or when I get an email back. – 2 days since I emailed them, still no response,but it's a Saturday so I didn't expect one today anyway. – 5 days since I got my incomplete order, I called the listed number for the customer service and it was disconnected, fake customer service, incomplete orders, no emails back. Don't order from this site

Been over a week since ordered and still waiting for it to even ship, no contact has been made to explain the situation as I have tried numerous times I keep getting ignored…do not use this site as the so called "great" customer service doesn't help

I was taken by blade city for $104.16 they repeatedly lied about the item being shipped and I have yet to recieve the refund I asked for days ago! Don't do business with these dirtbags! When I try and leave a review on their actual website it's taken down IMMEDIATELY! so all the reviews on their actual site are fake AF…….. update…. as of 4/6/20 I have FINALLY been refunded according to them. I have yet to see my money back though and it wouldn't surprise me if this too was a lie! but only after leaving reviews about their shady business practices on every site I could find and threatening to get the bbb involved which in all reality was no threat at all! Just be careful people and save yourself the headache! The response that these guys posted to this review is also a lie! I was told that they needed to hand assemble a product that they are a second party to! They don't assemble a vipertec knife at their facility! They are right I did post everywhere I could and only once I had and also threatened to involve the bbb that they started responding! Laid off 6 employees?? According to the bbb this company employees 3 people hmmmm more lies? Probably! Just do your research folks! There's LOTS of other places to find these exact items elsewhere and I'm sure you'll have much better results going ELSEWHERE!

I recieved a baton flashlight for Christmas. Had a defect on the charging port. Took a picture, they said send it back. We had a couple hiccups but they stayed in touch and it all worked out great . Thanks for the extra effort.

I ordered three (3) Bug-A-Salt 3.0 Version from Blade City's website and incorrectly received three (3) Bug-A-Salt 2.0 Version, the older model.

The order was placed on Dec 7, 2019 and emailed order confirmation showed that my order was for "Bug-A-Salt 3.0" guns. The online product description also listed and identified the "3.0" model. Received the package on Dec 16, 2019 and discovered that the contents of the order was wrong (they sent me the 2.0 Version). I emailed them on the same day (Dec 16) notifying them of the mistake and sent a picture of the incorrect products. Since no email response was received from my email, I sent a follow up email on Dec 18, 2019. Still no email response received after the two emails, so I called the Blade City support phone number (888) 350-7491 on Dec 19, 2019 and talked to a representative. After providing the order number and explaining the mistake. The representative said that their website description of the product was wrong and had not yet been corrected at the time I ordered the products, and that "they do not actually sell the Bug-A-Salt 3.0 model". He explained that I had only two options 1) Return the products to the company and pay for the return shipping myself or 2) request a return shipping label from Blade-City, which they will provide for a 15% restocking fee.

I explained that the mistake was theirs because the advertising on the website misled me into thinking I was purchasing one product, but they sent me a different product. And that it was not fair to me to have to pay either the return shipping cost or the 15% restocking fee for a mistake entirely on their end. The representative just responded by saying those were my only options. I found the customer service to be pretty bad. Took me three attempts to get a response, the response offered was unfair and the way I was talked to on the phone was also rude considering i was very patient in waiting for a response and polite on the phone.

Knives don鈥檛 turn up at all, when you try to get in contact with customer services or just anyone from the company you either don鈥檛 get a response at all or you get told that it鈥檚 your problem not there鈥檚 absolute shocking service. Would not recommend utter scammers.

I have bought many items from this site and have always received what I ordered as described and in timely manner. I carry a knife all the time and the value I get from Blade City allows me to have lots of variety. I've only ever had a problem one time with defective merchandise and their customer service resolved the issue promptly and without question. I like that they are also carrying premium brands now. When I feel the need for a new blade I look here first.
