I'M EXTREMELY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED. I'm having the worst experiences with you! Everyone please DON'T JOIN BIRCHBOX FRANCE BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE WORST TECHNICAL ERRORS. On October 1st I made an order from their shop for which I've chosen to be delivered together with my October box. IT NEVER ARRIVED. After chatting with them via email for almost 2 months and being told that they have technical errors which they are solving, after being assured that my products will arrive before November 1st, on November 21st they told me they neeed ANOTHER week to fix their errors or I could get a refund. OF COURSE I'VE CHOSEN THE REFUND. I WAITED FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS, also on October 1st I made another order, their Advent Calendar, and of course they failed to send that one too, so I was refunded for it too. Then on November 20th I received a tracking number for my December box and the status of the tracking number didn't change since then and now I see that on my BirchboxFR account it appears as delivered and THEY HADN'T EVEN SHIPPED IT. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? BirchboxFR IS THE WORST SUBSCRIPTION BOX EVER. DON'T! JOIN! THEM! They have the worst website and technical errors. Shame on you BIRCHBOX FRANCE! This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with! I've DMd you my email address on Twitter, my Twitter is @theglamaddict, I've also emailed Tracy about this issue, THIS TIME I'M NOT WAITING ANOTHER 2 MONTHS FOR YOU TO DO YOUR JOB RIGHT. SOMEONE MUST SOLVE THIS IMMEDIATELY. YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY! Why are you messing with your customers?! What's wrong with your website?! As I said I DMd you my email and also emailed Tracy about this issue and I'm waiting for my box. SOLVE THIS FAST. Do your job right! This time I'm not having patience with you. With my October box I had patience for almost 2 months and you were incompetents and unprofessional. THIS TIME I'M DONE WAITING FOR YOU TO DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY. I cancelled my subscription and I'll never reactivate it!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM, GET ANOTHER BOX BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Extremely poor experience using Birchbox. I ordered a full size product. Instead, I received a wrong one and they didn鈥檛 have any stock of the ordered product. Delivery is extremely slow (it took one week to receive a wrong product), reimbursement is slow (you need to send back the product before you can be reimbursed, which would take another week). In total, 2 weeks wasted for nothing. I wouldn鈥檛 advise this website to family, friends and I wouldn鈥檛 consider reusing it. Service needs to be largely improved for all the time the client has wasted.

I have been receiving my Birchboxes for almost 2 years now, always on time, and I always love the contents! 2 times there were some small problems (points that were not credited, receiving the same product twice) and costumer service took care of it within the hour of my first email. Honestly, no negative points!

When the parcel was delivered it was damaged. The bag inside was intact but the outer box has been ripped open.

A nightmare. A friend in America set up a year's subscription for my birthday. When I got the first box I cried "stop!" I'm zero-waste and anti-consumerism. I tried to figure out the cancelling process through the American and French offices — nobody could find the file. My friend sais she'd handle it. But today another email — another box is coming. When I asked again to cancel it, I was refused. They don't admit the order exists, but they can't cancel it. Frusterating customer pretend-servce for a greenwashing sham.

I must say you will not get answer. I suggest to stop shopping here. There is no communication, money was taken from my bank account immediately but when there is an issue there is no-one there, you will not get any resolution. This has to be reported to Trading standards.
They never answer phone! If any issue , returns forget about refund. They do not replay at Facebook page and answer phone. Service is diabolical, in fact shambolic!
Be aware , but there is something wrong with this company right now , so do not try to shop here or give your bank details. Im still waiting too long for any answer and refund. Feel stolen and scammed by BIRCHBOX ! If you try to write honest opinion on Facebook , they just delete but they do not try to help at all ! Do not trust this company !
