Unprofessional operation, unresponsive valets, bad service.
Blue Valet externalizes the valets so it is completely hit or miss. Customer support is limited to office hours. I had a horrible experience since my valet did not reply to calls or messages.
After a lot of stress (not knowing if someone would be there to pick up my car and risking a huge parking fee at the airport) I had to cancel my reservation take a taxi to the airport in the end.
Avoid at all costs. Blue Valet will not return payment on a cancelled reservation even if valet did not reply to calls or messages, even if valet didn't have to pick up car. They have no process to modify a reservation in the app or website either (manually via email if outside office hours).

BEWARE – BlueValet who work for ParkVia – will not accept vehicle damage claims unless you personally report it at the time of collection. For me it was clear by how the vehicle was parked that the damage was deliberately being concealed and so i missed it until i got home.
