The boat was clean and the experience on the island was fantastic.

I was worried with all the issues about flying and get to Mallorca.
I called them and they were very helpful and comprehensive. First, Edward attended me explaining all options of refund and changes. I lately called, and James told us to not worry. He also helped us with the transfer from the airport and some nice restaurants in the island.
The yacht was fantastic, there is no better way to enjoy the island as that. Edward wqs daily contacting us to be sure that everything was going smooth and fine. Very attentive and helpful.
I really recommend them as also the experience to sleep, enjoy and spend some days on the boat with your family and friends!

We rented Hooliganka in October and found the boat to be dirty and broken (broken caps, overflowing/stinky toilets, missing cups&plates, unwashed bedclothes, etc).
James also rented out the boat on our pickup day to another crew, which meant that we could only get it in the evening. Once we were on the boat, we discovered all the missing pieces and got told that we have to wait for another day for those things to arrive (they simply took everything from Time Flies — their second boat — when it come to the harbor on the next day). In the end, we almost lost two full days because of this delayed start.
Just before leaving the harbor, James realized that he hadn't asked for any deposit and demanded a credit card. After saying that we had already done all the paperwork, he started screaming "get off the boat or give me a card". He claimed that this would only be reserve — we later found out that he turned the reserve into an actual charge while we are out with the boat.
One of his assistants said that we won't get us cups, etc. After our complaining, he also said "OK get off the boat if you don't like it". Really not a great start for our vacation.
The only helpful guy for us was Cameron. He really knows the island and what to do/ avoid. He also managed to fix a number of things after we asked him.
The handover was fairly quick and Cameron helped us to get off the boat via the dingi (since the harbor was completely packed). They were no complaints about damages or anything else. James promised to refund our card ("will take a few days, etc") but nothing happened. The card company confirmed that BLUEBNC never refunded the money. Ultimately, we initiated a chargeback with our bank and finally received back the deposit that way. Extremely nerve wreaking to see that much money (1500 Euro) in limbo for a few weeks.
All in all, we will book our next trip with a bigger and more legit charter company (Alboran, Sunsail or something like that). We don't want to waste another vacation.
