I bought a premium Franklin swivel recliner, it was delivered 11-13-20, I used it 23 days and the frame broke. I contacted them for a resolution and was informed they would not replace it because their policy is 7 days for a replacement They said they could warranty repair it, but it could take 8 to 10 weeks to get parts. UNACCEPTABLE!
After 5 days of delaying tactics, I was informed they could have a technician out to take a look at it next Saturday, a week from today, and of course, they used the great excuse Covid 19. I wonder how long this will take—–

Bob Mills the customer service Person said she is closing of the ticket causes she can鈥檛 confirm how long it will take to fix my table not giving me a table to use. They don鈥檛 care that I have bought over 3000 dollars of furniture. I bought a living room set and a dinner table set. The sofa can with no legs attached to the center,,the dinner chairs were wobbly and the dinner table stain didn鈥檛 last two months..I guess I will have to hire someone to repair it. My neighbor had a similar problem. Now I have a table that is fade out. I have had other tables for over 20 years., and never did it ware out as soon as this one. As to speak customer service she said No one else can help me she is in charge to handle everything,

Bought a dining table at Bob Mills a couple of weeks ago. I didn't want to pay for delivery and took advantage of having to pick up a few other purchases all at once so I rented a Uhaul.

Went to pick up the table at Bob Mills, took it home, unloaded it and realized it was the wrong table. Sure, some might say I should have noticed but, when the guys at the back of the store help you load 4 large, heavy boxes, you're not necessarily doubting what's in them. This may sound snobby but, it's not my job to make sure the product being brought out is correct, you know?

I called their customer service and they had the nerve to ask me to bring it back and pick up the right one. Again, some people may agree with them but I just don't see how any reasonable person would make a customer do that leg work due to an employee's mistake. I told the customer service rep I disagreed and asked them to deliver the right table and take the wrong one. She told me I'd have to pay for delivery…

I went to the store in person and the sells rep who sold me the table was extremely apologetic and said they'd cover the delivery/ swapping fees. Thanks Richard!

The day of my scheduled delivery, the truck containing my table broke down. They rescheduled for the next day. Not a big deal. Things happen. They gave me a morning time frame. The delivery people called and said that they preferred to make the swap at the end of their rout sine the rest of their deliveries were regular deliveries and not also pick ups. I had to agree. I just wanted the right damn table.

Finally got the table and it's super wobbly. And so are 4/6 chairs.

We will never buy from Bob Mills Furniture again and will never watch Channel 6 local Tulsa news. We bought a couch in May 2020. We visited the store at least three times and sat on the couch and loved it. Shelbi was a great salesperson. We bought the couch and had it delivered the next week. Within a few days, we noticed the couch had a squeak, but worse, the cushions moved all the time. I have never had a couch where the cushions moved this badly. After you sat down and got up, you have to push them back in. After you lied down, you had to do the same. We had guests over and it was embarrassing. We called Shelbi at the store and she had someone else talk to us. They offered to send a tech out to fix the squeak but we wanted the cushions not to move more than anything. The tech says we were past the return policy. After several conversations of back and forth, we were told to go buy some velcro and add to the back of the couch and to the back of the cushions. I was shocked. I called West Elm and Mathis Brothers among others, and they had never heard of such a solution. Bob Mills wouldn't do anything else to solve this matter, so we bought the velcro and have a "Velcroed" couch. How sad and disgusting this is and what a poor vision of helping the customer. I urge people to be careful. The tech even told us they had several employees go sit on the couch in the showroom and it didn't happen. It never happened when were there either. We even went back after this and noticed the cushions were much firmer than the one delivered to our home and there was no velcro on the showroom floor couch. The technician said these cushions could do this since they're reversible. If I would've known that, I would've never bought the couch. I'm 56 years old and have owned many sofas and have never had such an issue. How very sad and now we're stuck with it. I wonder if Bob Mills would just come pick up this horrible couch and get it out of our sight and we'll buy another one at Mathis Brothers or West Elm? It really is ridiculous.
I feel sorry for Bob Mills employees who don't tell their customers up front because this tech knew this was an issue.

I bought a leather sectional from them for over 3k and I鈥檝e had it for a 1 year and 3 months. The leather has MORE than normal fading and they say they can鈥檛 do anything for me. Per Jennifer who says she doesn鈥檛 have a boss she reports to Bob Mills. I would highly suggest finding more quality furniture somewhere else.

Do not purchase warranty. Worst customer service ever and they don鈥檛 cover what they are supposed to. On another note, don鈥檛 believe the lie that you will get your money back on warranty if you don鈥檛 use it.

Do not fall for the free delivery, you are taking all the risk for damaged goods. Buyer beware, they have no regard for repeat business. I believe there are better places to buy furniture. I have left a lengthy review on the other site, the one with over 1888 reviews. Know your postion, read and understand the fine print, ask to read the information on their store receipt, I would say buyer beware.

I received you set of mattresses on Jan of 2019 , and I paid $ 1623.74 . I bought the Isabella Firm Full size. Here we are in April of 2019 and these mattresses set is already have bowed. Meaning on the side I sleep it has lost its fitness and now has an indentation that鈥檚 stays there, like a cubby hole . The quality of these mattresses is nothing of the quality your salesman said they would be.. I feel like I have been sold a lemon and I don鈥檛 know what to do with this set. They were expensive, I don鈥檛 know who to call to fix this issue !!

Had a picture of the couch I wanted and had seen at Bob Mills about a year earlier. The salesperson looked it up. They had one left and it was delivered within the week.

Customer Service was amazing, Delivery was smooth and efficient. We do have our favorite sales rep: Noemi is the best! However; "No Shopper Stalkers" is false advertisement. One afternoon, we went back to visit with Noemi and a young lady badgered us so badly, I had to leave. It was just too stressful!

The salesperson wasn't very helpful. She went too fast and didn't take her time with us. They have financing with a new bank and was unable to answer my questions I had in regards to paying my loan. She just seemed like she just wanted to sell us something and get us out the door.

The sales and delivery people were great! I bought a pub height dining room table. A standard height base was on the truck for delivery, on a Saturday. The delivery guys handled the entire situation. The correct base was delivered the following Monday – not a normal delivery day. Such a quick resolution! The only complaint was the call center. A delivery date for the correct base was set up. But the base was then located locally and delivered prior to the scheduled date. I never was able to actually speak with someone in the call center to cancel the scheduled delivery. The hold time was rediculous. There was significant frustration involved with getting the delivery appointment cancelled, which I feel should have been cancelled without my involvement but I kept getting contacted to confirm the delivery time and date. Luckily, all worked out well with minimal delay due to the local people handling the situation.

It was the worst customer service, I did the bob mills sleep spa and the bed they match me and my wife with was the worse bed I ever slept on. I dont have back problems and I started having them after sleeping on the bed only after 5 nights. They changed the bed for a more expensive bed and still had back problems after even after sleeping on the bed 1 month to "let my body adjust to the bed" as the sale person advised. I called the store and they told me sorry we only do a one time exchange, so I called the main office and asked to speak to a supervisor over the store managers and they told me there was not one. I asked who was over the store managers and they told me no one, so I ask if the CEO was and they told me yes so I asked to speak with the CEO and they told me no. So now I have a 5200.00 bed in the guest bedroom because I can not sleep on the bed. I love paying for thing I can not use.

There is a problem with getting all your furniture together upon the initial delivery. On two occasions I have failed to get all my furniture upon the initial delivery, each time I've had to have a second delivery.
