I made my order and chased it up 3 days later. I was told that the order would not be dispatched for 2-3 weeks.
I asked why I was not warned about this at checkout. Apparently there is a discreet banner on their page that requires the customer to click on to research at which point it will say 2-3 weeks for each order.

With this information I asked for the order to be cancelled. I was told that they could not cancel it because it had progressed too far in the warehouse.

This is absolutely laughable. Its progress too far in 3 days but won't be dispatched for a further 2 plus weeks! The irony!

Really poor. The customer service agent I spoke too seemed 'disinterested' at best.

I bought Bobbi Brown cosmetics for the first time at at an airport a few months ago, but unfortunately there was a problem with one of the problems – it was a corrector and the back wasn't screwed on properly so it opened straight away and spilled out everywhere.

I was dreading getting in touch with them as I'd had a really bad experience with Benefit a few years back where I ordered some products and one was missing when they arrived. It took me over a month just to get a hold of them and it would take them weeks to respond to a single email once we were in touch. At the same time I wanted a refund as the products were expensive and obviously below satisfaction.

Bobbi Brown got back to me within two days extremely apologetic and with options on how to solve the issue. We went back and forth once or twice, they always responded quickly and the issue was resolved within 5 days. Everyone was extremely pleasant and polite.

They are not the cheapest company but it's very nice to feel valued as a customer and also to know if there is a problem with a product, that they will go out of their way to solve it. Will definitely buy again. I'm a big fan of their long wear foundation. Thanks BB!

I love Bobbi brown cosmetics.

I find the colours and quality of the products is fantastic.

I鈥檝e only given 3 star as I feel they are quite expensive and not very competitively priced

This company always leaves me utterly speechless with its Customer Service. It鈥檚 the only cosmetics company in the UK that will allow you to try the makeup and if it鈥檚 not for you, or 鈥渄issatisfactory鈥? you can return for a refund.
And that鈥檚 exactly what I did with an order. I鈥檓 owed over 拢150 in refunds at the moment and contacted this company to see what the status of my refund was. A lovely, efficient and ebullient lady called Wendy, BANG!, straight away told me the refund was processed the previous day and explained the ins and outs of its time to clear.
This company鈥檚 Customer Satisfaction Guarantee keeps me returning to them. They鈥檝e got my business for life. I cannot rate the brushes highly enough. They鈥檙e superior to Wayne Goss鈥檚 and cheaper. I鈥檇 buy Bobbi Brown brushes over any other brand any day.
Bravo Customer Service and Wendy, I hope your Sunday has you 鈥渄ancing in the street鈥?

Bought the Shimmer Brick.. It's amazing. Had a little issue with the palette that the product was in, contacted their customer services and they were brilliant and solved the problem very quickly. Very happy customer!

I ordered several items of Bobbi Brown on 12th July costing 拢117 which for me is a lot of money. I spent some time researching the products before I chose them and was very much looking forward to receiving in time for a wedding I was attending.

Nothing arrived. I heard nothing from Bobbi Brown. Through a protracted and unsatisfactory process I tracked my package and saw that it had been Dispatched. I couldn't get any further details because a page came up saying there was problem with a Server. in frustration i called an Online chat person who was profusely apologetic but offered no better suggestion than calling an 0800 number. I live in France and was not prepared to pay Premium Rates to find out what had happened to my 拢117 purchase. She gave me an email address which I used but got no response to. I finally went back to the Live Chat option and had another deeply apologetic person telling me that the package had been returned because the postal company got no response from the delivery address. No card was put through the door, for the option to collect from the post office. Whilst this is not Bobbi Brown's fault, what IS their fault is that they didn't have the decency to bother telling me and I would never have known if I hadn't done the grunt work to find out. A refund was offered and I took it,. What a waste of time and effort. Don't bother with this company. If there efficiency was as impressiveas their apologists, they might be worth it.
