Made an online enquiry, following what I thought was not an informative enough website. Got a call back the next day (hence the one star), questioned the scan process as all the website says is that they will scan to assess each system of the body; nervous, endocrine etc. to find any dysfunctions. I asked for more detail on the scan/scanner itself and what exactly is it measuring in those systems to determine whether or not there is a dysfunction/dysregularity. Basically – what's the science?! Having read the website, there were no specific explanations. I was told 'what you need to do, is go back to the website and read…' I said 'no I have read the website and it doesn't give me the specific information I need, so I would like someone to explain more about it for me'. He said 'well, obviously you haven't read the website…' I said thank you and put the phone down. Even if I had missed the text, I have no interest in talking to let alone parting with money to a condescending p***k.
Rudeness does not get you the business. I'll spend my money elsewhere, where professionals do know the science behind their work and are happy to talk their potential customers thorough it. Prices start from 拢295 and you'll get an obvious lack of subject knowledge and unwillingness to help for your money. Oh and beware, if you put the phone down on him, somehow he'll block you from the website. Tut tut, so unprofessional lol.
