ZERO STARS. Worst company ever. I purchased 2 rompers, a small and a medium because I wasn鈥檛 sure on sizing. The small fit fine but was completely see through, the medium wouldn鈥檛 even fit passed my hips and arrived with a huge rip. They would only refund me $18 which isn鈥檛 even the amount of ONE romper even though I wanted to return both. Still haven鈥檛 received the refund yet either. This company is a scam and a waste of your time and the clothing quality SUCKS anyway. Do yourself a favor and just shop elsewhere.

Hello folks I was actually purchasing stuff from their web and my card info was stolen. I got on my bank Statement 3 transactions trying to go through but thankfully my bank got it on time and deactivated my card. It is not a trusted website based on my experience. I hope you read this before buying anything from there!

I purchased a patchwork bathing suit and i hadn鈥檛 received it after about 3 weeks so i emailed them and they sent me a tracking link and i received it a few days later but it was a completely different and ugly bathing suit. i have emailed several times about it and got no response back

I would rate 0 stars if possible.

Does not provide tracking info, no communication about when a product will be shipping. When I contacted the company through PayPal I was informed the item is being held in customs and they have no control over that. Well, how do they not have some sort of tracking number to provide you if it was actually shipped out? I didn't do any research before buying something from their site (which was for my daughter) but going forward I will definitely check to see what kind of reputation a company has and that they are legit. Do a quick google search and you can tell this company is shady.

They sent me a shirt with a hole in it, I emailed them and here is their disgusting response:
Dear customer,
We are sorry for that, we will improve it.
Could you please keep it or give it to your friends or families as a gift , we will refund you 5 USD and provide you coupon code 15 % discount for next order as a compensation , is it ok ?

I paid $30 how is this ok? Stay away from these scammers!!!!!!

Don鈥檛 ever order from them. My order said it shipped almost a month ago & still haven鈥檛 received it but boy they took my money immediately 馃槨. I have sent them messages & they say it shipped but when I check the tracking # it鈥檚 multiple items have that #. They just keep saying to be patient. They are just ripping people off WORST company ever. I have told them I want a refund & they won鈥檛 give me one. Tell me to be patient. My patience have run out

One word…TRAGIC. It has almost been two months since I have placed my order. I finally reached out because I should have gotten my order by now. I never even received a confirmation email. I reached out, whomever I spoke to were severely grammatically incorrect. Kept asking me to be patient. Have I not been patient enough? They sent me a tracking number after I had been harassing them for weeks (pretty sure it was fake). Still don鈥檛 know where my package is or if it even exists. Shame on my for falling for this, I guess.

I ordered 3 tops in Dec 2019, and I still don't have them, or a refund! I have been emailing them since January and it feels like I am going around in circles. Still not resolved.

This is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, RUDE, disgusting, and distasteful 鈥渂usiness鈥?I have EVER came across. I ordered a camouflage romper (total of almost $50) and after waiting two weeks for a tracking number, was given what I believe was a FAKE one. After contacting customer service via email and Facebook, the person replying (unsure of the name) was very, VERY grammatically unprofessional. Huge red flag. When I asked if they were an 鈥渙fficial and professional business鈥?the person responded 鈥渟orry?鈥?….. All I have to say is I am very disappointed and quite frankly want to expose the piece of crap (I couldn鈥檛 post what I wanted to say here) behind it all. stay away people!

I bought a swim suit from them in January. The metal back clasp snapped in the wash prior to me ever wearing it. The company person I had to email with told me I never "should have washed it bad". Umm gross. They are rude and not helpful at all. They claim their quality of clothes is good. I beg to differ. They do not even deserve the 1 star I gave them here.

Bad experience
I don't often write reviews but this site is to avoid at all times. The clothes are totally different in real life than on pictures, feels like they're made of plastic and smells like it to. After I payed my return fee myself, I never got my refund!

I wouldn't recommend them either. It took 7 weeks to receive a simple jacket. I was so looking forward to it and in the end the quality is sooo poor! Nothing like what we see on the picture. When I was chasing them by messages, they took ages to reply and very short without even politeness. I can't even bother sending it back, how many months would it take to get a refund!

Not worth one star to be honest. They took my money, didn鈥檛 send me confirmation and when I tried to register again they didn鈥檛 send an email. Seems to be a scam

Never shop at Bomshe, it is a total scam and customer service (or lack of it) is shocking.

I ordered a jumper in a khaki colour and when it eventually arrived (over three weeks and several emails chasing later) it was nothing like the colour in the picture. The jumper that came was actually a nude / peach colour and should never have been described as khaki. There was also a snag on the neckline where the knit was unraveling or not finished properly and the quality of the fabric / yarn was awful.

I emailed customer service and was told if I kept the jumper they would refund $7, or I could send it back at my own cost. I explained that I would be willing to exchange for the green colour version (which was much more like the khaki I was expecting by the website description, but didn鈥檛 receive) so I would send it back and pay for the postage, but asked if they were able to give me a slight discount on my next order – to compensate for the cost I was paying to return the faulty item, in the falsely advised colour. They said if I sent the item back they would not compensate me and would only refund the amount I had paid for the jumper, but not for the postage.

I explained to them that if I sent the item back, not only would I not have the jumper I wanted, but I would also be 拢18 out of pocket due to the return postage, which didn鈥檛 seem fair considering the fact I was willing to order a replacement colour. Hence why I thought a discount code for another order would be an appropriate way to solve the problem of them sending me a faulty item in a totally wrong colour compared to the picture and description.

They refused to do anything to help and were very rude in the process, so I looked on their returns policy which states that 鈥淲e are responsible or partially responsible for all the following defective items within 15days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious colour difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received.鈥?I asked them to explain what they mean by this, as they seemed to be taking no responsibility for the issues I had with regards to the problems I had stated, which are clearly mentioned as defects in their own policy. To which I was sent yet another rude, one line reply to my email (from someone called Amber), telling me that it didn鈥檛 matter what their returns policy said because there was nothing wrong with the item I had received.

At this point the item I had sent back hadn鈥檛 been received by them, so I asked how they could state there was nothing wrong with it, before even seeing it? They told me that they personally check all items before they dispatch them, which couldn鈥檛 be the case as the address it was shipped from is in China, and the returns address was in America.

Basically right from the start they were totally unwilling to cooperate and accept any responsibility for the faulty item, they just wanted me to keep it, which out of principle I would not do. They obviously do not care about getting return customers and just focus on first time orders, then forcing customers to keep all the horrific quality items they have sent them, that look nothing like the pictures, so they don鈥檛 have to fork out and pay to send them back, which would probably cost more than the price you paid for the order if you had purchased multiple items.

Luckily for me, I only ordered one jumper and although it cost me 拢18 to send it back, I did finally get a refund for the price of the garment. I did not order a replacement in a different colour, again out of principle (and fear that it too would be faulty, and I would have to send that back too – and be even more out of pocket.) So I don鈥檛 have the garment I wanted, and the whole experience cost me 拢18, plus a lot of frustration and time, emailing to try and sort it out.

Also, I tried to warn others by writing a review on the website explaining what happened, and posting a picture and comment on one of their Facebook posts. The picture I posted was showing the clear differences in colour of the photo on their website of the khaki jumper, and the actual nude / peach jumper that I had received. They blocked me from commenting on Facebook, deleted my comments and removed (or didn鈥檛 even publish) the review I left on the website. So do NOT be fooled by all the good comments or reviews, as they simply get rid of anything that speaks the truth about the company or their products.

Awful, horrific company. By far the worst online shopping experience or customer service I have ever received, and I really hope this stops others shopping there. It鈥檚 not worth your money or time.

I ordered three long sleeved baggy tops/jumpers in a medium (in a U.K. 10/12). They arrived after about a month – I had to email to 鈥渞emind鈥?them. The quality was really poor. Patterns on them were transfers, came up too small. Basically nothing like on the pics. All I can say is that the photographer they use is fantastic ?
Emailed to ask for refund, they wanted pictures sending. They then came back with an offer – keep them all and they will refund ten dollars or send them back to New York but pay the return myself which was twenty quid. Be warned folks!
