All their products might be good but their website is very poor as is their email service. It is completely unmanned as three times we responded to having someone call us back after they sent us out an email till this day no one has taken the time to respond back to your email let alone call us back. A Friend of mine also had the same problem and finally someone called them back and said this wouldn鈥檛 happen again well it鈥檚 happening again needless to say will choose another company.
Why would anyone send out a mass mailing and not have the courtesy to respond. Ridiculous people.
