Through ALS fund-raising, I ordered an ALS T-shirt from Bonfire. The T-shirt came, but was stolen out of my mailbox. I contacted Bonfire and talked with Ann. I offered to send the funds to have another T-shirt shipped to me, but Ann wouldn't hear of it. She said Bonfire would send another T-shirt at their expense. Not only was Ann kind and professional, she was also sincere, and it's clear that she loves her work. Thank you, Bonfire, for having Ann as part of your company!

The gentleman who responded to my email, Jeremiah, Was absolutely fantastic! he was kind he was compassionate and certainly willing to go above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. If you have more employees like him your company will 100% succeed!

Very fast response, the issue was checked and possible solutions offered immediately. Pro-client communication, no idle excuses made, even if the problem was caused probably out of Bonfire reach.

I ordered a T shirt which arrived as expected and looked great. After 2 washes however the print started coming away, and was all over the shirt and other laundry in the wash.
I contacted bonfire, and received very swift and personal responses and now have an offer to replace the t shirt straight away.
It's easy to have satisfied customers when things go right, but it's a true measure of the company when things go wrong and they deal with it in such a prompt and no quibble way. Very impressed.

I appreciated the prompt response that I received after contacting Bonfire to delete a shirt that I inadvertently ordered. After sending a message, I received a communication saying that the shirt was deleted from my order.

We are struggling non-profit preschool (in the era of COVID) who saw this as an opportunity to fundraise without outlay for inventory. We started the campaign in advance of our summer camp. We don鈥檛 have a large group so the best metrics were to price the shirts at $18 and we received back just $1 per shirt. Hardly a fundraiser. Furthermore a month later and our camp ends this week the shirts have not even shipped. This company should not take on projects they cannot manage efficiently. At the very minimum they should send them to us priority ASAP. The funds seem actually to be raised in their own financial interest. They claim to 鈥渟upport non-profit鈥?but all they do is cut a tiny amount off Exorbitant fees and put a 鈥渧erified non-profit鈥?seal on the campaign. A joke. Would not use again.

I order a small, when a received the shirt it was to big on me so i wrote to Bonfire to return it and get a XS because I love the design so they wrote me back saying to keep the shirt and they still will
send me a XS. I was impressed not all companies say to keep the item. There awesome.

Had ordered a shirt. Was going to be shipped to one address. Because of a chance in my home situation I asked if it could be shipped to another place. Within a day I had answer that it was no problem at all. Amazing customer service!

Ordered my first item from a campaign with Bonfire, and picked my usual size. The item came but was way too big, so I contacted their customer service and explained the situation, fully expecting to have to return the item at my cost. But they were so wonderful and exchanged the item for me without a worry, and told me to keep or donate the original item. Wonderful customer service, will definitely order again when I can!

I haven't received my shirt yet, because of mailing address concerns. However, they have been amazing at working with me to make sure that it arrives. Courtney was helpful and super nice in helping me get the problem corrected. 🙂
