Totally unreliable company with empty promises. They took payment from my account for the Hairdryer Brush 11/02/2020 stating fulfilment of order by 鈥榤id February鈥? I emailed 22/02/2020 asking for update on my order with a curt reply and still no date when order would be fulfilled. And here we are, 29/02/2020, and still no update/email/order arrival. Do not use this company unless you鈥檙e happy to throw away your money.

I absolutely loved the brush after seeing it on FB and husband got it for me for Xmas. Was always a bit wary as it鈥檚 so hard to find any info about the product online but whatever I liked the brush it worked. This weekend however it started making a screeching, rattling noise and smelt of burning. I was scared to have it anywhere near me, then it went bang and broke. The handle was burning hot. Wrote to the company explaining issue but just received an email saying we are closing the case as you are outside of the 30 day warranty. This seems very odd considering the product internally exploded? Anyway, now I鈥檝e seen these other reviews I have no faith that I will receive a refund but I shall be taking it further and I will update this.

Purchase the stylock on 20th of January and still waiting on This to arrive I received an order I placed after this item that it鈥檚 only fair i review this separate as it will be 5stars however I have been told with this item the tracking isn鈥檛 working and I can鈥檛 get a refund until 30 days after numerous emails to customer service they then offered to send me out another one free of charge however it wasn鈥檛 getting dispatch until 30 days so I am still waiting on a refund or a new one Being sent but nothing getting processed until next week!!! It clearly lost if I received my other item I have now raised a PayPal dispute am sick of going round in circles with this company!!! It鈥檚 a hit or a miss if you get your items and I order the stylock and also the hairdryer brush which is 5 stars it work great I have no fault with that but it鈥檚 now cost me double because I haven鈥檛 got my other item I will not order from This company again now if they had resolved this for me rather than keep me waiting things Wouk have been different!

Bought the "Solinya" hair styling brush after it was advertised via Facebook.
Was concerned when I saw the generic packaging with grammatical mistakes proudly displayed. Was horrified when I saw what was inside the box – the product looked so "low rent" that I didn't dare even connect it to the mains power.
OK – so it proudly displays the "CE" marks that it needs to (would love to throw it to trading standards, but can't afford not to get my money back) but now way was I going to risk using it.

So first problem – no paperwork in the box. No delivery note, no returns information. This is smelling strongly of "SCAM".
OK – look up the product/manufacturer on the internet. Neither was on either the product or the box. This is a product that the maker *really* doesn't want you to associate with them!

PayPal to the rescue – the company name and details are in the payment info. I fire off a gentle email saying I want to return it. Communications seem prompt – I get a reply offering a 30% refund and keep the product. There's also this:

"The return costs could be very high because our warehouse is located outside your country."

This is clearly a SCAM company … avoid everyone!

I've just had a bad bout of Norovirus, but I was very keen to send the package back to them. I do hope I wasn't still contagious!

Received the item very quickly, when it was not up to standards I requested a refund, and got one within hours, I know this company has gained alot of bad reviews, but on this occasion I can not fault them, and they have fulfilled a satisfactory customer service effort.

So you can see from my review on the 3rd January, I was far from impressed!

Each email reply from them was "nothing we can do" which as you can imagine was annoying to say the least!

BUT……

I had a surprise email from Joylyn who apologised for any inconvenience and confirmed dispatch of a replacement unit at no cost and not to return the faulty one – result!

Next surprise is it was dispatched immediately on 6th and arrived on the 11th, only 5 days, amazing!!

This one was packaged differently, had a molded UK plug, different safety labeling on the wiring and is a much better product so I felt I should update my review of Bonissi as they have come good and the end product is amazing.

Thanks again to Joylyn at Bonissi, you've restored my faith in your company.

I bought the Solinya hot brush after my hairdresser suggested I try one – I must have been lucky as it arrived pretty quickly and so far has been bl**dy genius for my hair. I鈥檓 really bad at styling my own hair as it is mainly straight but with a few weird kinks and I can鈥檛 do the back – the hot brush dryer makes it all sit really nicely and gets rid of the kinks. I have a bob slightly shorter than shoulder length and now it looks like I鈥檝e had it blow-dried at the hairdresser each day, which I鈥檓 thrilled about as it has never ever looked that after I鈥檝e done it myself! It does have super hot air coming out, but I find if I blast my towel dried hair with a normal hairdryer first and rough dry it till it鈥檚 nearly dry, and then go round with the Solinya, my hair is finished within a few minutes. Personally I鈥檓 happy I tried it, nothing has gone wrong yet!

I ordered a curling brush on my wife鈥檚 behalf. After ten days of use the brush would not work and gave off a burning smell and smoke when switched on. The handle also became extremely hot. After reporting to Bonissi they tried twice to refuse a full refund claiming the 30 day warranty had expired. After I proved otherwise Bonissi tried to replace the appliance but I refused as in my opinion the goods were dangerous. Eventually I received a full refund but I would advise anyone against using this company. Had we known the goods were manufactured in China we wouldn鈥檛 have ordered the appliance in the first place.

Didnt want to give 1 star! Do not buy! Faulty goods & will not refund. In fact rude response. Definitely a scam, wish I had paid with credit card. Wish I had seen these reviews before hand.

Ordered a 2 in 1 curl/straightening iron through their facebook page. I then came on over to trust pilot for the reviews and was really apprehensive about my order but decided to wait it out. They arrived yesterday! Box wasnt in perfect condition but it wasn't bad. Product all as new so I decided to try them out! They heat up fine at the moment! The curls I've created were effortless and look amazing to be honest. I really hope they continue to work as expected and will keep everyone up to date with how they hold up!

Wish I'd checked the reviews first! Ordered hairbrush dryer on a black Friday deal but after I checked reviews I immediately cancelled order (reviews were so bad!). However got email stating order had been shipped (within an hour of ordering, I don't think so). I asked for immediate cancellation and refund, no answer. After several emails their customer service(?) advised to send product back to Germany at my expense and they then would reimburse me. I contacted Paypal to cancel payment but they wouldn't. I emailed Bonissi and asked for return label but they insisted I send it back. I refuse to pay for return to Germany as I'm sure it will cost and was not convinced that I would be reimbursed. I am now stuck with a very inferior product (and judging by reviews, a potentially dangerous product!). DO NOT order anything from this company..it's a sham!

Awful.. if I could select no stars I would, I put an order in not arrived, they claim it鈥檚 been delivered, re dispatched and still not received it and won鈥檛 be issued a refund
They are fraudsters don鈥檛 waste your time

Awful company! Bought two pairs 1 working fine at the moment the other pair has lights flickering on and off ( loose conection).
La Bonissi did reply to my first email, telling me I'm over the 30 day period. Once I quoted facts from Citizen's Advice beaure, they started ignoring my email. It states if a product is faulty within 6 months you are entitled to an exchange of product.

Waste of money!

Dreadful product (heated stylers) which simply don't work as advertised. After just a few days of persisting they now don't heat up. Communications with Bonissi are very poor. Returning a product is completely at your cost and they need to go to Germany. The 'small print' is very hidden on their website.

This is clearly a SCAM company … avoid everyone!

After several attempts to resolve the matter I am now resorting to asking our credit card company to resolve the matter on our behalf.

Wish I'd seen the reviews on here before I ordered these! Awful product, awful customer services. I have asked for my money back and got an email back saying no! I have now wasted 拢30 on a product that i will never use. I am usually really wary of these sorts of things but i thought I'll try it… I won't bother again!!!

Bought curling tongs ( dame as Tyme ones ! )
They have a lip on that makes it difficult to have a smooth transition when trying to curl … my hair ended up crimped !!

I stArted the returns process ( a sham ) within the 30 days … had to send 3 reminders for a response and was offered 40 % refund … 拢11.96 and pay to return which would cost approx 拢11 !!

A scam !!

Would NOT recommend & I will give as much bad press as I possibly can thro social media . This company should not be allowed to trade . They have a 39 day returns policy …. NOT .

Brought Two 鈥極ne step鈥?Hot Air Brush鈥?HOT being an appropriate word.!! Used mine once ! Didn鈥檛 think the settings worked as no difference from Low, Middle or High, however The second time I plugged it in to use, there was a strange rattling sound where the settings are and鈥?puff 鈥?it blew up, having a strong burning smell And the handle getting very hot. Unplugged quickly. The other one I was going to give a a gift for Christmas. These are Lethal and Dangerous I鈥檓 now awaiting for a full refund On both. Trading Standards will be informed.

Sham company selling counterfeit goods and using the videos from Tyme products. Item took much longer than stated to arrive & then arrived in terrible packaging. Tried to contact them for a refund which they state they offer a 30day full refund policy, no response at all back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
