I do not understand but looks like they are what ? Out of business ? They really do not show me anything like they are still present or something like that for example. I clearly do not get what is going on with that matter anyway. Can you really believe in that ?

I have to say than you so much to Carol, for sorting out my refund in her lunch times. I returned 4 items that I could remember to the value of 拢48, but could not find the credit on my statement. The only info that I could give her, was 4 items at 拢12 each, and product numbers. A rough date of return, and not my club card number, as have left it in another store I think. After a couple of phone calls, Carol came up with the refund, which I did finally find in my bank, for 拢68. I had forgotten, that I had also returned 2 dresses into store, at the same time. Thank you Carol, for the time that you spent, in your own time, over lunch, that I found out, for sorting out my refund, which was in my bank, all of the time. I have always found all of the staff, and Carol, who has helped me a couple of times, very helpful. Thank you Bon Marche, I buy nearly all of my clothes from you, nice staff, styles, and value for money.

I was in the Burgess Hill branch yesterday and found a wonderful team of staff who was so nice and so very helpful. They explained the online options and how to order, returns policy, etc.
I had a great experience and would recommend this branch to anyone

I purchased a blouse for 拢18.50 and noticed it had come apart and frayed at the seam the second time I wore it. I took it back to the store and they refused an exchange or refund as I had had it more than 6 months (6 months and 2 weeks to be precise). I complained to Customer Services who said they would refund me if I posted the item back to them with the receipt (which I still have). I said I am not prepared to invest time and money in posting it back when I had already been to the shop and instead sent a photo of the defective item and the receipt. I have had no response. One to avoid in future. (How can they say this is acceptable quality and be prepared to lose a customer over 拢18?! A strange marketing strategy!)

I was very impressed with Abbey centre Newtonabbey Store. I rang to check if the items I would like had the sizes I wanted as out of stock online. After giving the style numbers the female member of staff went and checked came back with information and suggested holding for me. Later when I went to the shop I got trying them on and I double checked one item if they had in smaller size. She went and checked rail then went up to their stock room. When still none she ordered online. I felt Carrie went the extra mile. She's my perfect type of Shop Assistant nothing any bother and you felt like you mattered and not rushed. Well stocked shop. Thank you

Ordered items online on the buy one get one half price. Confirmation had one amount on delivery note had a different amount on. Wanted to return an item and told I will not get the full amount back. Not happy at all!!!!
Customer services tried to say that discount would be applied to all items but on the delivery note it was only actually applied to 2 so her argument was totally invalid! Surely if I keep 2 items one should be full price and one half price – but no.

Would never shop again. Bought items on line and had to take them back to store as they were not suitable. Received extremely bad service from sales assistant and shop manager. Felt very uncomfortable and will never shop on line or in store again due to the dreadful clothes and customer service. Bon Marche needs to employ staff that are customer friendly and understand politeness and respect to others. Shameful…….very unreasonable and rude. Totally unacceptable service

Bought 2 tops in store at winton bournemouth was very disappointed with them both as after washing them both came out of machine with white marks all over them obviously poor quality material so unable to wear them again have bought several items from the store that have been fine but thinking twice about buying anything else after what has happened to my last 2 tops not happy at all

wanted coat in my size shop didn't have online couldn't get – bonmarche told me you have to PAY for the coat ……I need to try a few on so there telling me I need to purchase 3 coats pay for them try them on and get refund if no good-
