I bought a jar of their Cherry Preserves, that turned out to be nothing but jelly. I emailed them, and got a reply – over a month later – asking me for details from the jar, and an offer to send me a coupon for a free jar – the very least I might have hoped for. I wrote back that the jar was long gone. I never heard from them after that.
While I understand that there can be rare issues with quality control, I found the non-response of their customer services surprisingly poor. And I find that it has influenced my opinion of the company and its products.
