Gute Seite mit g眉nstigen Angeboten. Leider sind jedoch immer wieder Artikel entweder ganz ausverkauft oder nur noch in bestimmten Gr枚脽en erh盲ltlich.

Beginning of September, I ordered for the first (and definitely last) time something on the Dutch site of Bonprix ( What a bad experience… I ordered a bed (Bed Mira) what, according to the pictures on their website, should be delivered with a storage drawer. Because the drawer can also be ordered separately, I called the customer service, who confirmed that the drawer was included with the bed. The bed should be delivered within 48 hours according to the information on the website and on the invoice. After 48 hours, still no bed. So again, I called the customer service. Their response was that furniture is NEVER delivered within 48 hours (instead in 2 to 4 weeks). This information can be found in their General Conditions. Why is this misleading information the given on their site/invoice?!
When the bed arrived, it came without a drawer. Again I contacted Bonprix and again they confirmed that the drawer was included and this was a mistake. I could return the old bed to them (after 4 weeks, I am still waiting to get half of my money (= 110 euro) back ) and I could order a new bed, which would really be delivered WITH a drawer. Because I still did not trust it, I called again and also emailed the customer service, but all persons (in total 5) I had contact with, confirmed that the first delivery was a mistake and that the drawer would be included in my next order. After 3 weeks (so again not the 48 hours which was still depicted on the website / invoice, despite my earlier remark on this), I got the new bed. And again without drawer… I called and emailed again, and again I got the confirmations that the drawer is included but that another department would take care of it. The response of this department came 2 weeks later. The drawer is a separate article, which they had kindly ordered for me. Everything fine you may think?! Well, not really. Few hours later I received the confirmation in my email-inbox that the drawer was ordered and that it should be paid by using the included invoice! I already posted my complaint on the Dutch site, and the solution that they come up with is that they can offer me a 20% discount on the drawer. Absolutely unsatisfactory! My inbox is overloaded with daily emails from Bonprix in which they offer the same discount! I would everybody recommend not to order with Bonprix, and if you do, I really hope things are better arranged in your country compared to the Netherlands.
