Fake and a scam. Email doesn鈥檛 work. Phone doesn鈥檛 work. They gladly take your payment but have no watches to send. The company behind Bonvier AV is Swedish and located in Stockholm.

STAY AWAY. I am SO DISAPPOINTED I didn鈥檛 read the reviews before buying. I purchased 5 watches and multiple straps, it鈥檚 been 13 months.

Over the 13 months, Ive sent multiple emails and Instagram messages.. surprise surprise.. no response.

Stay away, it鈥檚 a scam

It鈥檚 a fake company. They have a nice website but no watches. Always finding excuses not to have delivered anything to you.
You can demand your money back through your Visa card by the way, they already know of the company being a scam!;)

Do not order a watch at Bonvier.

This company promises to deliver a watch in 2-5 days. I ordered one some time ago and have paid for it in advance. I have received no update. I tried contacting them via email and instagram and I get no response.

I want a watch or my money returned but I can't seem to get hold of anyone. I don't know what else to do, so I'm thinking about legal action.

Don鈥檛 buy this brand i saw a lot of followers and comments on there instagram page and you should report this page because it鈥檚 the only reason that you go and buy there items!!!
What a mess bonvier what a shame!!
And trustpilot team please don鈥檛 ask us to delete our comments the people they need to know what happened with us!!

It鈥檚 almost been two weeks since I have contacted costumer service and they still haven鈥檛 gotten back to me. I was told on trustpilot that they would get back to me which they still haven鈥檛. I still don鈥檛 have a tracking number and don鈥檛 know where my package is.

I placed an order on 26.12.2019 and I am waiting for my watch until today. For more than half a year now, I've been receiving excuses, more excuses and no proactive action.
In total I have already written more than ten mails. Since the relaunch they promised that i will get my whatch. But the Tracking ID says it has never bin shipped. Since that no one is replying.

Althoug bonvier has commented Here on my last Post in 4th august and said that they will reach out to me nothing has happened. I have not received any mail!

This is my second comment – I got response from 鈥淎manda鈥?a day after my post saying they will look into my order and email me.. but I was honestly not expecting them to do anything about it but I would like to cancel my order now. I do not want the watch anymore. If you could please just refund me the money. It does not take that much work to cancel and refund orders. The lest you could do if your not able to meet the 鈥渄emand鈥?

Having to write another review seeing as it has still been about 5 months since I ordered. My last review got a reply saying they would get back to me by email and they haven't. It's been weeks since they replied to me on here and probably a month since I had any email from them.

Can you please just send out the product I ordered and just resolve the issue. Still haven't received any refund by the way….

J'ai command茅 une montre le 16 avril 2020 pour une livraison pr茅vue le 20 avril 2020. Peu de temps apr猫s, je suis inform茅 par mail que ma commande # 10023 a pris du temps suite 脿 la crise du coronavirus et un changement de propri茅taire. Pour autant, il est indiqu茅 que je serai livr茅 tr猫s prochainement.
3 semaines plus tard j'envoie 脿 nouveau un mail, s'en suit des 茅changes de mails se voulant rassurant. Ceux-ci m'affirme que tout est fait pour que ma commande soit livr茅e dans les prochains jours. Un mois plus tard ma commande n'茅tant toujours pas arriv茅e et n'ayant aucune nouvelle je demande un remboursement. Ma commande de 89 euros est alors annul茅e sans pour autant 锚tre rembours茅e ce qui, judiciairement parlant, est qualifi茅 de vol. Aujourd'hui, ma commande n'est toujours pas arriv茅e et je n'ai toujours pas 茅t茅 rembours茅. J'envoie des mails et messages via instagram, qui ne trouve aucune r茅ponse de la part de la marque. J'ai donc d茅pos茅 un signalement au service des consommateurs europ茅ens. Celui-ci est en cours de traitement. je n'h茅siterai pas 脿 d茅poser une main courante si le remboursement venait 脿 tarder davantage. D'autant que nombre de vos clients m茅contents seraient pr锚t 脿 enclencher une proc茅dure judiciaire collective.

I ordered a watch on April 16, 2020 for delivery scheduled for April 20, 2020. Shortly after, I was informed by email that my order # 10023 was late due to the coronavirus crisis and a change of owner. However, it is indicated that I will be delivered very soon.
3 weeks later I send an email again, followed by exchanges of emails wanting to be reassuring. They tell me that everything is done so that my order is delivered in the next few days. One month later my order still not having arrived and having no news I ask for a refund. My order of 89 euros is then canceled without being reimbursed, which, legally speaking, is qualified as theft. Today, my order still hasn't arrived and I still haven't been refunded. I send emails and messages via instagram, which can not find any response from the brand. I therefore filed a report with European consumers. This is being processed. I will not hesitate to file a handrail if the reimbursement were to be delayed longer. Especially since many of your unhappy customers would be ready to initiate collective legal proceedings.
I will urge you to do what is necessary to resolve this problem very quickly.

As it is written on your website, there is a free shipping for Europe – UPS Express Standard and the shipment should be at the given address within 2-5 days of purchase. Therefore could you tell me whether my order (#10405) has already been sent to Poland or not?I got a message that my order has been shipped but I still haven't received my shipment after 1 month of waiting! I didn't also get my tracking number for my order.

It's my fifth message to you and I still did't get any response. You should do something about this because it is a breach of consumer rights! I just want a simply reply that is not automatic and that you give some information act my order which means tracking number! Otherwise I want a refund cause I paid a lot money for it and this watch was supposed to be a gift for my fiance beacuse of his graduation and I couldn't give him anything what would remind him about this. It's really sad!

I hope this matter will be resolved by a settlement between us and nothing more. Otherwise, I will be forced to issue an appropriate pleading 🙁

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I ordered a watch about a month ago from Bonvier and to my surprise it still has not came. The shipping information they give you is simply not informative enough to exactly know where and when your package is. Not only did they guarantee 5-7 day shipping but Bonvier also has completely neglected my emails about my package and a refund. I hate to say it but I feel like I got scammed…
