Awful company, no items sent out, next day delivery is non existent then they tell you to wait 2 weeks to apply for a refund which then takes another 5 days ! When their own site states "Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
customer service is atrocious. One tells you one thing and another tells you something else. The promise your item is out for delivery just wait and then. Wait again and again! Worst company I have ever dealt with

Bad bad set up, customer service…. the lot! Placed an order and chose next day delivery. Receive 鈥渋t鈥檚 in the bag鈥?and 鈥渋t鈥檚 on it鈥檚 way鈥?email. And from the courier 鈥?we鈥檝e got your boohoo.com parcel鈥?email.
Get the text today to say what time slot i would receive my parcel. Planned around being in for it arriving. I click the tracking details to see if there鈥檚 an update on the delivery time and a message shows 鈥渨e need you to take action鈥?and to get in touch with them. I do so and I鈥檓 passed from pillow to post and all sorts until I鈥檓 told I need to contact the company I purchased from to find out what the problem is! Well obviously you cannot call boohoo customer services like any other normal company. So I鈥檓 having message through WhatsApp! Eventually I am told that my address has an error and to tell them my address. To then be told that I made the error and it will be upto 72hrs before my address is updated! I requested next day delivery!! So why was I able to move onto the next step if there was supposedly a field missing?? How did I manage to make my payment and complete my order if the most important fields supposedly weren鈥檛 filled in?! Why wasn鈥檛 it contacted to prior to all these problems?! Why was it sent to the courier without a full or correct address? To then be repeatedly told it鈥檚 your fault not ours!! Sorry but any normal system would not allow you to peruse your order if there are fields missing etc. Is it my fault or is your system set up absolutely shocking boo hoo??? Was my address correct originally and it鈥檚 just that you can鈥檛 get your next day delivery鈥檚 out to people like plenty of people have stated in other reviews???
My custom is elsewhere from now on!!

Terrible experience. Parts missing off the suspender belts. 拢35 wasted ended up in the bin. Never again.

I had recently purchased a large order as I was in dire need of some new additions to my wardrobe. Almost all fit perfectly. Minus a single pair of jeans. Upon attempting to return said jeans I ran into an issue where I had selected an option to return that required a printer I didn鈥檛 own. Jess B advised me over Twitter within moments of my query that I was still able to return said item via another method and was really polite and friendly.

I purchased a jumpsuit for a wedding i was going to attend. This was the perfect jumpsuit, it was exactly what i had been looking for. EXACTLY. I was so excited and looking forward to this outfit. However, once it arrived…I was very disappointed. Cheap fabric, coming apart, very see through, smelled funny, the fit just wasn鈥檛 right. I tried to work with it, but it just wasn鈥檛 working out. I really wanted it to work out. Customer service was great, i was able to get a refund and all, i was just disappointed at the quality of the jumpsuit. My friends do shop here and they enjoy the clothes, but it鈥檚 not the best quality. I probably won鈥檛 be back.

Received a faulty item. I contacted boohoo straight away. Roni that contacted me was very helpful and sorted my order out straight away. Received my new item the next working day.. excellent customer service from Roni.. big 5* from me ?

I had a problem with my delivery said it was being sent back to sender, i contacted boohoo customer services through email and had a quick response, thankyou ever so much! Thankyou emma from customer services. Merry Christmas!!

Size up!! Boohoo has never failed me with delivery and their customer service is great, only problem is I always have to size up 1 or 2 sizes as their clothes tend to be smaller/ tighter than expected

Excellent Customer Service! Best online retailer if you have an issue!
I have used Boohoo a lot; the clothes are great and the deliveries are quick.
Recently I have had 2 issues with my deliveries.
One item was different to the picture and one was faulty.
Boohoo sorted it out straight away and I was more than happy with the resolution!
Well Done Boohoo!

Paid for next day delivery didn't come got refunded the delivery charge and only been charged normal but this is the 3rd day and still no items spent over 80 quid needed it for tomorrow and still had no updates on tracking my parcel won't be ordering from here again

Great help from Jake B, Sophie, Hamza and Raja! I ordered three items and only two arrived! One item had been cancelled by mistake. They all helped with the refund of the cancelled item and the refund of the delivery charge or the reordered item. They couldn鈥檛 have been more helpful!!

Had a small delivery issue. My dress came without a belt, which I addressed to boohoo staff, who were extremely accommodating and sent me another belt the next day free of charge. Thanks pat 🙂 very happy customer

Whilst i wouldn't say that boohoo offers the best quality of clothing on a whole (some items are better than others) they have a wide range of affordable items, especially 'going out' or 'occasion' items which are worn less frequently.

4 weeks after returning some items (i over-ordered as was looking for the prefect dress, not returning due to poor quality) i still hadn't received confirmation of return or my refund. i spoke to someone on the live chat who didn't look into it much and advised me wait longer before our chat got disconnected. after recontacting at 4 weeks i spoke to Farha on live chat who sorted it immediately and arranged the refund. Thanks again for your customer support.
