This was my first and last booking with this company.
I booked a trip to Cancun for two people,Iam disabled therefor we payed an extra 30 .00 dollars per person tho have a later departure out of Austin Texas at 8.50 am instead of 5.30 am ,with arriving 2hrs prior to take off plus closed to 2hrs travel time we would have to leave at 1.30am because of that Ipaid the exta money to pick a flight that made it easier for us . But after we got our travel documents the flight was change back 5.30 am instead of 8.50am,with no explanation I don't even know if we got our money back. So since it is what it is we will tell everybody that likes to go on vacation not to go on your website…. thank you for your great service ripping people of you鈥檙e doing a great job!!!!!!

Grrr…my wife and i just got scammed by these guys, wish i read this thread sooner. Pretty much we were offered a deal that was too good to be true, $150 for a 5 star, all inclusive hotel stay with 60% off your airfare anytime, anywhere in hawaii and any caribbean island. She works inside a hospital so it's really odd how this scam company could have infested into their company mail? Anyway, back to the story. Once purchased, we were told only a few of the properties were available for the specific dates that we wanted to choose (our 1 year wedding anniversary). Ok, no biggie. Except oops, there's a small upgrade fee of $1100 for the location we wanted, $50 for a "transportation fee", and $350 for a booking fee. Was i dreaming or did I hear that correctly? The representative repeated herself and yes, it was total $1500 extra to complete the booking. HAHA. Well done bookitcancun, well done. She even had the audacity to suggest me to go to another island with a 3 star hotel for $400 extra on top of the fee i already paid. Needless to say, some words were exchanged and I hung up. This is a crafty, deceitful, and sneaky company that made me lose a little some faith in our humanity. STAY AWAY!!!
