Made an online purchase 12 days ago and never received any update about my order except for the order confirmation and having my credit card charged.

There's no method to track my order via their website and when I called their call centre they said they had no record of the order and will need to get back to me in 2-3 days.

If you really need to buy Bose I strongly recommend going to a physical store!

I'd purchased my Bose QC25's from Officeworks just last year. Love them – amazing to use during flights and just in general to block out noises while I'm at work.

In late February 2018 the sound suddenly stopped working out of one side of the headphones. I contacted Bose support with some wariness, thinking that there might be some run around before I could get this resolved because I'd originally bought it from Officeworks.

Instead I spoke to a friendly customer service rep, got prompt responses and was able to return the product for a replacement that works perfectly. Really happy with my experience overall.

I want to share the good experience I had with Bose Customer/Technical Support, I had recently purchased a Bose Wave Music System IV which I was very happy with but unfortunately the third music CD I played on this system was defective and jammed inside the player which was very disappointing and upsetting as I'd only had the unit a short time, but I contacted Bose Customer Support and spoke with Simon who was very friendly and totally understanding about my plight with this unit, after explaining what had happened Simon suggested that it be returned under warranty for repair, the Customer Service provided by Bose was exceptional, the unit was picked up from my home and was returned in perfect condition super fast two days later, fully repaired and checked to be working as it should. Great effort Bose! this is the kind of Customer Service that we wish we could get from every company.
