There's no method to track my order via their website and when I called their call centre they said they had no record of the order and will need to get back to me in 2-3 days.
If you really need to buy Bose I strongly recommend going to a physical store!
In late February 2018 the sound suddenly stopped working out of one side of the headphones. I contacted Bose support with some wariness, thinking that there might be some run around before I could get this resolved because I'd originally bought it from Officeworks.
Instead I spoke to a friendly customer service rep, got prompt responses and was able to return the product for a replacement that works perfectly. Really happy with my experience overall.
