Don't waste your money on Boska products! Boska does not follow through on their warranty or customer service! On August 6th I sent an email to Boska letting them know that the wooden handle on my cheese slicer had broken off. I received a quick reply saying they would get back to me in 1 business day. No reply! I have since sent several other emails, left a phone message and even called corporate headquarters in the Netherlands. Not one word! Their warranty says that their products are guaranteed for 10 years. It must be an inside joke. If you can reach them within the 10 years they'll think about honoring their warrant:-) Think about purchasing from another company before buying from Boska. Customer service is key and they clearly are not of that mindset. Very unfortunate!
