Ordered item 2 weeks ago. Item seems to be sitting in Fedex warehouse in the town next to mine for 11
Days with no delivery date scheduled. Called customer service 5 times with no satisfaction whatsoever. Was told the item was "travelling". Not true. Will never order from or recommend this company again!

I ordered in August and one item was put on back order 4 times. When I ordered the item it was available. I was told that it took 24 hours to oroces my order and that it sold out. Really. Bait and switch. Do not order from these scammers. I cancelled and will never order agsin

I returned 3 deep ocean travel boyfriend blazers. I love the blazer I kept, but I have had to call numerous times and explained I haven't received my $250 refund back to PayPal. Customer service is argumentative with me telling me I already received my refund. A manager didn't call me back as promised and after waiting two months already for a $250 refund, I had to file a dispute with PayPal. As much as I love their clothes, Beyond Propers customer service rates pathetic. Given hardest time ever to get my refund owed to me. Do yourself a favor, shop at a store who appreciates doing business with their customers and refunds you timely without being argumentative and unhelpful.

The customer service people do NOT want to help you!!! I had different tracking numbers on my orders and they SPY on you when you try to Email them..
Their clothing is always too big or to small and the clothing are NOT good quality.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused to get one.
I reported them to the BBB of course they lied.
Stay away from this place and I am still waiting for my 2nd order ( understand about covid 19).

Use caution when purchasing from Boston Prober there customers service people are very scripted.
I tried to explain that we are in unprecedented times and I have been email customer service sense 6/1/2020 and calling with not connection
That is why my return is beyond the 30 window.
She didn't get it she just kept repeating her self I ask to speak to a supervisor she wouldn't let me talk to one. Now I am expected to pay the shipping and handling no sense of ownership.
No compassion, no understanding.

My items arrived without a return label, and I was not able to open the "return" window for instructions. I received the items (which did not fit) just as the pandemic hit NY. Communication with the company was impossible. I contacted them via e-mail two separate times, and this is how Boston Proper handled their response: Due to COVID-19, our email response time has been lengthened. We apologize for the inconvenience but will respond to your email as soon as possible. Please only submit 1 inquiry for your issue, if you need to include additional
information, please reply to this automated response with the update. Inquiries will be responded to in the order they are received. The company will not accept the return because it is beyond their "30 day rule", despite there being no feasible way of returning the items prior to the 30 days. What kind of company policy is that?

5 to 10 years ago, BP had great quality products and I shopped frequently with them.Recently I ordered a few tops on "sale" that I could have picked up at Walmart for a 1/3 of the price. They should be ashamed of themselves! Not only that, but their website is so slow that it's not worth the time or my battery life that it eats up! I'm done with this company

I ordered from Boston Proper for the first time recently. I ordered a summer top, formal sweater, a business-casual sweater, a "reversible" sweater, and a pair of pants. I order xs or s from Venus, and Boston Proper has a similar size chart. When I unpacked my order, I was immediately disappointed in the quality of the fabrics. One sweater had a white collar and tail that felt and looked like a paper towel. The fits of all were frumpy (models must pin theirs in back), and each item was either way too big or tight. The "reversible " sweater was just a lie. It has a sewn in tag in the back that cannot be removed and fits like an obviously backward sweater when reversed. The pants were see-through too. Worst part of my experience, when I went to return all but the one shirt that worked (btw, they make returns a hurdle), half of my purchases are nonrefundable and not eligible for exchange, because they were on sale. "You pay for what you get" does not apply at Boston Proper! I lost 300$

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I just wasted $200 on 4 tops. It took weeks and weeks to get one piece at a time; I still do not have the last one. But it shows available online. Additionally, the items were not sized properly, only one fit, the rest were EXTREMELY SMALL AND THEY WERE STRETCH MATERIAL. ALSO, ONE TOP WAS NOT THE SAME AS THE PICTURE, IT WAS SO LONG, I COULD WEAR IT AS A DRESS.
Customer service is HORRIBLE. I just called to find out what happened to my last top and I could barely understand the operator and she could not answer my questions. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold for 15 minutes. Then she came back on and said 鈥渂e patient with me鈥?put me on hold, then waited another 15 min and then she disconnected the call. Overall I rate BOSTON PROPER 鈥滷鈥?for failure. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Recently purchased for first time from Boston Proper. Paid extra for 2day shipping .
Package did not arrive on time. When I called representative was rude and dismissive. Would not refund me shipping. Very dissatisfied.

My husband bought me a pair of jeans for Christmas. He's an early shopper so the purchase did not fall into there return policy. I asked for a store credit because the jeans didn't fit. After several emails with their customer service reps, they still would not agree to anything. $75 down the drain.
Wish there was an option for negative stars!

I've been ordering from Boston Proper for a long time and have always been very happy with the quality and design of the garments I've purchased. Some are so unique and pretty – I always get a lot of compliments! I've had only one marginal experience with a "final sale" item that was damaged and, after speaking with customer service, I received a full refund. Have never had a problem with sizing or poor quality. I'm actually very surprised to see all the negative reviews! This has not been my experience at all.

I used to order lots of pieces from Boston Proper and was never disappointed. The beautiful tops and great pants were always high quality. Now when I thumb through their catalogs I have to double check to make sure it鈥檚 not Fredrick鈥檚 of Hollywood. Super cheesy clothes on the edge of sleazy. Recently I bought a few pieces of their Beyond Travel as I was planning a trip and thought it looked like it would pack well, etc. What a disappointment. The fabric is some sort of cheap looking polyester mesh that I would be embarrassed to wear. I should have sent it back but I waited too long so it will likely go to Goodwill.

What is ironical is the head of the company clearly states the target demographic is women ages 35-65, but very few clothes are appropriate or flattering to that demographic. These clothes are designed strictly for younger women, and while these are supposedly "fashionable" styles, they will become quickly dated. I do not think bondage-influenced clothing is appropriate for any age woman, and certainly not asymmetrical clothes, exposed shoulders, off-the-shoulder sweaters and so forth are going to be clothes a woman will be able to wear year after year. Furthermore, the clothing is overpriced.

They sent me a promotion about 25% off one day only. I live in California, and tried to place an order at 10 PM PDST. I got a message stating that the offer expired on 10/28/19.
People; it's still 10/28/19 on the West Coast!!! Are you aware of the fact that there are 4 time zones in the US?
