Zero stars!!! I placed my order months ago and finally received a package (after requesting to cancel my order a few weeks ago). BUT guess what…. Its not the gloves that I ordered. Total waste of time & money. Now its no surprise that their site isn't anywhere to be found

I ordered my gloves on 3/6/2020. Still have not received them ?? I tried emailing and all I get is that their server is down. How can I get my money back??

Scam artists. I purchased these gloves on 2/14 and never received them. I am not sure how people get away with this bullcrap.

Ordered the Botev Peak Extreme Thermopeak Outdoor jacket and gloves on 2/27/2020 only to receive a paper thin windbreaker in a bag and cheap gloves. Attempted to SF Express which was not helpful at all. Also can鈥檛 get through to Botev Peak. My order number was 7645.

Placed an order on March 7, 2020. It is 4/13/2020 and still not received. They do not answer emails and now the site is down. Do not order from them!

Do not trust this company they are scammers. I order my gloves as posted through FaceBook. I assumed FB would not allow posting of ads for such shady companies but i guess they did! When I tried to access the ad I was not able to, it had been taken down. The website link also not active. I had to dispute charges with my CC. I assume they con you to buy from the ads and then either do not send the product or send you crap.

I really wanted to give this a zero Stars I ordered the gloves January 24th I received gloves on April 4th the gloves I receive are wind resistant gloves junk I don't need them I want my money back and I can't get ahold of anybody because it says the site is not available anybody with any intelligence please do not buy these gloves they will rip you off this company is a hoax it's horrible and all I've gotten is a lot of headaches from it

Ordered my gloves on Feb 22. After 6 emails and a refund request still haven't heard a thing.

So waist of time and fukinng money. They keep selling stuff to people and never send shiiitt. I already order some back pack and some other stuff and I never got it. No phone numbers to contact. I send like 20 emails and no respond. So bad company. They should banned from the site !

Look I just got my pare of gloves and they are in fact what they promised I downloaded arrived the app to track my packages and I also did it on google it鈥檚 not ducking hard to track them stop saying it鈥檚 a scam the only problem is the shipping I waited until today to get the product . I ordered it on March 10 and got it on April 6 but I can鈥檛 complain with wats going on with covid-19 y鈥檃ll need to understand that it will take time but y鈥檃ll will get the product .Majority of these one star reviews are honestly people who don鈥檛 have patience or are just trying to ruin the company

Botev Peak EXTREME THERMOPEAK鈩?Outdoor Jacket in Green and a Large… I received a LIGHT windbreaker, wrong size, wrong color, wrong model. Already placed a dispute in on them. Worthless people. Called the 909-274-7500 number and its a College and its closed. SMH.

I ordered 2 sets of gloves from them over a month ago, received an order confirmation, and the money was removed form my account. That was the last I ever heard from them.
They are a complete scam.

Never recieved my order paid for my order and never got a response from the company even though i sent multiple messages. Ripped off. Do not order from here.

I burn through gloves at work so when i saw the ad for these indestructible protective gloves for only 13.95 i thought hey it worth a shot. Well i placed my order months ago with expedited shipping and have never heard from them again. I have since sent multiple emails and got no response. I cannot find a customer service number to call and find out where my damn gloves are. Checked the website today and the website is mostly shutdown except where u can place another order. I hope noone else gets scammed by these Aholes. I hope the people from botevpeak read this and try to defend their actions but i doubt they will, probably just another bullsh!t scam so all i gotta say to botevpeak is @$%#^&@%#%$%@^^#&@%@%

I wasted $50 on something I鈥檓 never going to get and want a refund if possible. If I can鈥檛 then oh well but for future reference this company needs to know that most of its trust is gone and it鈥檚 ratings are also almost all 1. I would have put no stars if I could to symbolize how much of a scam these people are and how nobody should trust this company

I had ordered two nice looking thermopeak jackets and received after a month and a bit two simple nylon raincoats. Money is gone. This is how a scam looks like. The long ordering times are setting you up to loose your money once and for all. BEWARE!!

I bought a pair of gloves. Never heard anything back. This was months ago. I found them on Instagram and Facebook and when i commented they blocked me. I got a text from them when i placed my order and i kept it. Two days ago I ordered a color coded push up block from 鈥渆lev8 push up鈥?and got a text as soon as I placed the order and it was from the same number!!!! Whoever this is is doing this all over the internet. How do we find them???
