this is terribly inconvenient, but after receiving a response from the support service that this is a feature of the platform and will pass over time, i continued to trade(and did not pass). Having increased the deposit by a few more percent, I was blocked. This happened in early December. Without explaining the reason, they were asked to provide a number of documents, where in addition to the standard ones, they had to take a selfie with their passport and send a document confirming the source of funds poured into the account. All sent except the source of income, as I do not want to shine the place of work to some third parties and at work there will be questions where you need a certificate of income.
