Awful service and customer support. I have ordered an expensive bottle of cognac. Before that I had email email confirmation from bottle advice that there were enough bottles available. Also their site was showing 4 available bottles. I have ordered one of them and waited for 1 week to receive my tracking number. When I contacted them I was said they no longer had available bottles and I was asked to provide my bank account to receive refund. This was a joke they were so lazy that didn't bother checking my order and issue a refund on it.
I had to contact their customer support 5 times later during the period of another week in irder fir them to refund my money.
I would never visit this site again!!!

Person taking care of shipments was apparently away and it took some time before the bottles eventually were sent, arriving late for the purpose they were ordered for (in fact, haven't arrived at all so far but the last delay is probably due to the company taking care of the deliveries locally)

Bad bottles were sold. When the store was made aware they offered a discount instead of a refund. The wine is undrikable.

Dear bottle advice

I acknowledge that you offered a refund. But in comparison another shop at which I got a wine that leaked offered to arrange for pick up. You expect me to arrange (and maybe pay) shipment in order to fix a problem not caused by me.

As you probably know Tawny ports are meant to be consumed within a couple of years from bottling. The ports you sold have more than ten years in the bottle (and from the taste they have not been stored correctly). If a tawny or colheita is not freshly bottled it should be clearly stated when selling them.

A satisfactory solution would be new bottles or a refund. Anything else is a waste of time.
