Service carte b+ deplorable attend un cheque de 70 euros depuis le 09/03/2019 j appel le numero a cette effet 0320495884 depuis cette date tous les mois on me dit que mon dossier va etre traiter et pris en charge et qu un responsable va vous rappeller et evidement rien pas un coup de telephone, il vous endorme au telephone et nous prenne vraiment pour des cons j etais vraiment un bon client chez eux 4 PC, 4 portable, home cinema frigo machine —-ect et bien maintenant finis j irais cher DARTY et je parle meme pas du service apres vente du boulanger a Biganos service DEPLORABLE!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered an expensive air conditioning unit to be delivered. Day it was meant to be delivered they didn't call or text me, despite my being home all day for them, and then left me a note saying it had been delivered to my neighbour – NOT something I had sanctioned. Neighbour was unaware of any delivery and when I called Boulanger back they said the note had been a mistake and the unit was back with them. I rescheduled for a delivery four days later (getting much too warm at night for a pregnant woman in the meantime) only to sit at home again for 6 hours and them not to deliver. Every time I called I was told they were near me. Then finally, 3 hours after my 'time slot' had passed, they called me to tell me they had already left it last week with my neighbour!!! At this stage, I lost the plot. I had wasted 6 hours of my day waiting for them and they could not work out between them where my purchase was. Never shop here. May be cheap but the service is terrible.

Ordered a Piano Cuisson and a Lave-vaisselle online. Total cost just under 2,000. Confirmation of order and delivery date were good and we were getting excited at the thought of a kitchen update. But then the emial arrived, the cooker wasn't in stock. At least they gave us some options: cancel the entire order, cancel the cooker only, have the washer delivered and wait for the cooker or wait for both to be delivered together.
There was a phone number to contact and advise of our choice. That was when things went really sour. We were told the cooker was no longer in manufacture by Smeg, which I very much doubted. Ah, but they had one in grey – except I knew they have never made them in grey. So disappointing, we cancelled both items and the refund arrived 4 days later. So its back to Amazon. Boulanger will go the same place Curry's went to.

Great experience. I ordered and had a washing machine delivered to my place this month. From the ordering to the delivery, removal of my old washing machine and setup of the new appliance, everything went perfectly. I had an SMS very early on, on the morning of the delivery to let me know about the 2-hour time slot when my washing machine would be delivered. Then half-way through that time slot, I had another SMS letting me know that the Boulanger team would reach my flat 25 minutes later. I could even track the van on a real-time map. From start-to-finish, it did not take more than 20 minutes for the team to remove, install and setup my new washing machine. I really did not regret using Boulanger. Great work!

Competing with Darty, which one can be the worst in delivering.
They change the delivery dates at their convenience without any notice.
Apparently the only way to get something delivered on time in France is to go and pick it up yourself…

Have twice now had problems with online ordering. In the latest the order was cancelled by Boulanger (no notice to me). No help from service desk, no explanation. I have now discovered that they have debited my Paypal account. I have raised a dispute through Paypal. Customer Service is terrible as is their online ordering system.

Terrible service. I returned a faulty appliance purchased 6 weeks earlier and first they refused to do anything about it, refused to replace or refund in breach of national warranty laws which clearly states the obligation to refund or replace. Only after an argument did the store agree to send part of the item back to the manufacturer. Despite me contacting them several times they are not getting back to me. Shame Boulanger.

Tried to buy a TV, 8 days later no response to my order, 10 phoncalls later, manged to cancel order, 12 days and 10 emails to get my money back.
next bought a pair of speakers online, one speaker arrived ,checked listing,sold as pair.
emailed ,12 emails customerer service ,last email they sent they ask me to be patient, then no more contact, but have changed the web listing to state sold as single speaker. paypal dispute opened. dont use this company , shame the french dont get the concept that in 5 years no shops will exist and treat online customers with a bit of respect.
