They promote products from awful companies.
They had loads of vouchers for precious little one on their app.

Precious little one has been the worse company I've ever experienced. They took my money and I still don't have the product.

I would go as far as to say it should be illegal for bounty to be present in hospitals. After having a traumatic birth and recovering from a third degree tear my sheets covered in blood and still unable to go to toilet for myself I wanted believe it or not to hold on to a little bit of dignity. Now with camera phones you can take photos of your baby when they are born you do not need some stranger pulling open your curtains when you feel battered and bruised and pressuring you in to having your photo taken. No compassion for what that must have felt like? Didn鈥檛 feel safe that people were just allowed to walk in.

Both births I've declined to have them come. Both times they've come anyway , several times 'to make sure' . They've even pulled back curtains when I've had them closed for privacy. Unless you are a medical professional or a guest I've invited this is disgusting behaviour.

They are commission driven and have no place on a maternity ward where women are at their most vunerable.
The photos are poor quality and women feel pressured to capture these ' precious moments'
No, all that's being captured is money.
They should be banned.

The last thing you want when you have just given birth is to be approached by a marketing person trying to flog you stuff. Why on earth do the hospitals let these people in?

Don't use the app for any discounts or vouchers. They'll push you toward GoGroopie discounts and they will take your money and not provide the item paid for.

The pushiness and the money they charge on the ward is not worth it, take your own pictures if you can.

Within 24 hours of giving birth we were visited by a Bounty rep in the postnatal ward of the hospital. She pulled back the curtain and strolled straight in, she was very polite but very pushy.
We declined the newborn photo shoot but she was insistent that my husband gave her his details so that we could have a "free" pack , she gave us 2 packs as she said they were running out of date.

The packs contained vouchers that were already out of date, 3 newborn pampers, some newborn pampers wipes (trial pack) and 1 mini sudocrem.

Within 5 days of my husband giving Bounty his email address (they also ask for your newborn baby's details too) , he started getting junk emails addressed to "Mr Oliver" which is our son's name – not only had they sold my husband's details on to third parties, they'd also sold our newborn child's details. We know it was Bounty as the only place we had given my husband's email address along side our child's name was in the hospital to the Bounty rep, we hadn't even registered his birth and he was receiving advertising for cars and household goods.

I'm astounded that the NHS allow Bounty to roam the maternity wards and harass new parents, it's absolutely disgraceful.

Do not give these people your details, you do not have to and you can politely ask them to leave.

First and last time when I buy something. Very unprofessional quality of photos and poor packaging. My stuff are broken, I received it like this. I spend 36拢 for one broken mug and one ugly picture.

Absolutely stunning photos of our newborn baby girl. Extremely pleased with the results. Exceptional customer service, I addressed my concern about my baby having the white birth muck in her hair and hence showing up in the photos, didn't appear to look good. Very promptly I received a response stating that this could be edited without an additional charge. The midwives obviously didn't clean the baby properly 馃槀. I went for the 拢110 pounds digital images only, upon making the payment, Bounty got in touch saying that I had overpaid as I only have 5 images on the panel. Check this out! Total of 10 digital images 5 coloured and 5 black and white for just 45 pounds! Plus free editing! We really hit a bargain. The Bounty experience was made extra special because our lady photographer was so caring and wonderful! We really recommend this service, majority of the reviews if you have a look are negative with bad experience and I really sympathise with the parents who feel like this, but this certainly has not been the case for myself and my partner! A massive thank you to Bounty club, Bounty Portrait and the whole team for carrying out absolutely stunning work. Thank you guys xx

DO NOT USE….. RUBBISH PHOTOS – TOTAL CON
They completely con you just after you have given birth and to be quite frank the photos were rubbish. We were not told that you had to pay extra to have them edited so we just expected that as we had paid an extortionate amount of money for them we would receive in focus edited photos. No such luck…..the photos were not in focus at all and none of them had been edited. We paid around 拢200 for the most expensive pack so we were furious. When I complained I was brushed off and told that they were not out of focus at all and as we hadn't paid for them to be edited they weren't. I also asked the lady to use a card I had that I wanted a photo of my baby with but she just put it aside and refused to use it. Use your money to pay a photographer who gives you photos worth the money. We got another photo shoot done a few days after we left hospital which we got amazing photos from for a quarter of the price.

Even though the lady who came to take pictures of my baby son was very polite I think the service is pointless and very expensive.
I knew from the start I wasnt going to be buying any photos from her because of the price but was made to feel like I had to let her take the pictures.

All I wanted to do was spend time with my baby, I dont feel like this service is essential for new mums and babies as most parents arrange there own photos anyway for a much cheaper price.

It's no point giving review after the damage has been done.
How would new parents know that they from BOUNTY ?
being a new parents I don't know where they from which company they are.
We were excited about our newborn and wanted to get some happy memories captured.
It came out as horrible experience.
The staff at the HOMERTON HOSPITAL was very nice lady. But lot of miscommunication and misunderstanding about the product.i tried my best to get my baby first picture but been told it's been deleted due to security reason.
If any one ready my review before purchasing, better say NO now.
If u ready after then RIP.

I am amazed and equally horrified to hear that Bounty staff are still attending hospitals! Attending hospital maternity wards full of vulnerable people. New born babies! Not to mention the new mums, some of which may have needed surgery to assist in the delivery of their new baby! I鈥檓 sure we can all agree the patients you鈥檙e visiting are most certainly in the vulnerable group! Your staff are leaving the hospital and returning to their families, some using public transport, then moving around the hospitals etc. They are an unquestionable unnecessary risk in further spreading the Covid-19 life threatening virus! Hospitals in the countries capital, one of the most effected places in the whole of Europe are still being visited unnecessarily by your staff. I urge you to apply some common sense and have your staff comply with the social distancing measures set out by the government!

Few hours after our arrival on the ward with our new born bany, a lady appeared and offered to take picture of our new princess. I asked does it cost. She replied, no it cost nothing. My wife didn鈥檛 believe and asked is it for free? 鈥?its very cheap鈥?the lady replied.
As we were exited, we didn鈥檛 think much about it. We thought its part of the care, somehow!!!
Anyway, at the end we had to pay 110 pounds for pictures which were of less quality than the one I had taken by my mobile.

Anyway, the pictures鈥?quality is not the issue, the issue is the way this company rip off people- This is a hated company- Stay away

They dont even deserve 1 star. I worked for the company for 2 years. Was constantly made to push vunrable mums into purchasing photos of there newborns and taking there details so bounty can pass on to 3rd partys breeching data prptection laws, which they have been prosicuted for. They dont even pay anything near minimum wage after leaving the company last year i get a letter today to say they aknowledge that there employees arent getting paid correctly and send me a payslip saying there paying me 拢7.02 (which they recon im owed for 2 years of working with them) but i have been taxed 拢1.40 on it so will recieve 拢5.62. There an absoult joke. So if your thinking of working for the rubbish companydont bother and new mums stay away from there "free packs" as in fact your paying for them through purchasing poor quality photos.

Heartlands hospital Birmingham lady called Salma stay away!!! She is a liar and miss old me package. She told me there is no other options or anything cheaper than 拢139, we asked a few times if we can just have a couple of the pictures and she said no. I would give a minus if I could. I was jus missold on pictures sold to me at the heartlands hospital by the asian girl SALMA (THE THIEF). I contacted bounty app and asked why I was lied about it after when I seen the prices on their website and was told nothing I can do now you have been ripped off . Disgusting !!!

Wish I could give 0 stars tbh.

I had a 25 hour labour! Plus 2+ hours pushing!
Could only get 3 minutes of sleep at a time because the contractions were too strong for me and I was so tired when my first baby was born I was too shocked and excited to sleep although I was way too tired I needed to lay down and rest. But then a couple women came in to talk to me about bounty and showing me all sorts of stuff they had to offer, the midwives left the room so I wasn't sure if they sent them in or if they just came in and disturbed me anyways?
Bounty harassed me and intimidated me.
Im a first time mother and soon after in hospital I was manipulated into buying something from them and they waved a review paper in my face to leave them good reviews because they were receiving complaints recently and I literally just gave birth hours prior, I was getting used to the shock of everything in becoming a new mother and the changes to my body.
After I gave in I felt depressed they had made me feel put on the spot right after I had just given birth. I got hardly any sleep and felt too sad I decided I wanted to go home I couldnt stay there around these annoying disrespectful people! I am shocked that hospitals even allow them inside!

luckily my parents offered to pay for the photos and stuff!
The prices are absolutely disgusting for what I had received. We ordered the biggest package which included keyrings, photos and cards welcoming baby to the world to give to loved ones.
The designs were extremely cheap and could have been designed by a child
For the biggest possible package I thought I would have at least every photo that was taken but I did not so I've missed out on new pictures of MY BABY!
They only took about 8-10 photos and told me I could only pick 4 I was disgusted.
The keyrings quality broke within days for each person that recieved one!
The day after my sister came to do baby a photoshoot and I wish I paid her instead!
When bounty came to so the photos in hospital with my baby they rushed absolutely everything including taking the photos.
I think bounty should have more respect for new parents
Or at the very least get better quality in their services and products
Total rip off. I will let every single person I possibly can to get a photographer or even someone who's good at photos because anything is better than what I recieved.
The good reviews are from staff themself.
Please don't be manipulated and save your money people and don't let bounty steal those moments from you, especially for a hefty price.
Honestly I would do them for free for anyone to save the heartache!
I highly recommend a website called
"Bonus Print"
They always have offers and if you subscribe to their newsletter you get 拢5 off your first order, I was cheeky and made a couple accounts just for that alone cause why not lol. But anyways I recommend taking your own photos,
Dont let bounty take advantage of you!

Very misleading and take advantage of new parents, visiting in hospital with hours old babies. Prices aren鈥檛 fair for what you receive, we were told we鈥檇 receive more than we did and when questioned was told we had to purchase again!

We were initially impressed with the photos that were taken of our little one in hospital but when the digital versions arrived they were horrendous – out of focus, pixelated and grainy. When the prints arrived a couple of weeks later they were even worse. They certainly were not what you'd expect from the quality of camera and the price. They prey on vulnerable people in a very precarious emotional state. They show you the photos on a slide show charged with emotional piano music and phrases like "the start of a new journey" and "your bundle of joy" – all aimed to make you pay. Do not use!!! You can take better on your phone!

Disgusting practice! My whole pregnancy I kept getting fed with the promise of a 'free gift' from Bounty when my baby was born which I was quite looking forward to. There was no inclination that I was going to be pushed and bullied into buying God awful photos at ridiculous prices by a woman who clearly had no empathy whatsoever.
I'd just endured a 36 hour labour and an emergency c section and was in no state to be hassled like I was. The photos were absolutely awful, obviously this woman had no idea how to work the camera. My baby was screaming while this woman was talking through payment options and I'd had no sleep at all. I said I'd have to think about it and she got all huffy with me and said she would come back later, she even had the audacity to ask the nurses when I was going home so she could come and hassle me again! I finally got rid of her after telling her I'll buy the online package when I get home later that day (no way in hell was I going to). I ended up staying another two nights in the hospital as I was in agony, this woman had the cheek to spot me in the hallway outside my room and to shout from the other end "oh I see you're still here then?" Don't know how the hospitals let these vultures anywhere near their wards. Really was on edge when I should have been relaxing and taking it easy after my surgery. Vile.

The bounty lady visited my wife and I in hospital, she spoke poor and broken English. My wife had a c section and didn't really want to get out of the bed but the lady said she needs the bed to put the cushion on the end of, so my wife cautiously managed to get out of bed and move to the chair. A few photos in different positions were taken and we were then given the hard sell of the packages and canvasses. We already had a photo session booked for a week later so opted only for the free purse photos and keyring to be sent. Upon receiving the photos in the post we were shocked to find that we had been sent the WRONG BABY!! The order number and names are correct on the accompanying letter except for our babies name which we spelt out to the lady on a number of occasions and she said she would change but the photos and keyring are of a different baby all together. Thank god we didn't fall for the scam of paying for these photos or we would have 拢400 worth of someone else's baby!!!! Surely this is a massive breach of GDPR policies. We will be writing a complaint also shortly and hopefully prevent this happening to anybody else. I don't think bounty should be allowed to operate within hospitals. The first few days with a new baby is special and stressful and should not be added to by con artists trying to extort money out of vulnerable women.

Very expensive photos for what they are! Misleading marketing with the free photoshoot offer and one free picture. Digital images 拢110 for 10, please!!!! You end up having to order either the poor collection sets (many of one image only) otherwise it is 拢10 per photo and you have to order individually.
I was more upset than pleased with the experience. Avoid!
