Ordered whiskey glasses for a friend…took several emails to get them finally delivered TWO months later. Recently gave them another shot…suspiciously my order was "damaged in delivery" and would arrive late. Never arrived. Contacted our credit card company to counter the charge. Don't know how this place is still allowed to run.

Ordered a watch for my husband in October 2018 for Christmas. Never received it . E-mail said it was back ordered. This is sad that they are taking advantage of people esp. Veterans and senior citizens. Hope they have trouble sleeping these days. Just want my 250.00 returned they took.

We ordered something on October 24th for Christmas! After a few weeks I emailed as their phone doesn't work and was told it was back ordered and would be in shortly that was before Thanksgiving. Emailed again after Thanksgiving and was told the same thing words almost duplicated. I emailed again and No response! Notified the credit card company and did a dispute and the company lied and said I knew it was back ordered and didn't request a refund, well I have an email notifying them I wanted a refund dated December 4th as I had to purchase another gift! This is not a valid company and has numerous complaints with the BBB! Today as I write this it is still in dispute NO PRODUCT or REFUND !!! DO NOT BUY from this fraud company!!

We ordered a wonderful Christmas gift for my folks and had it shipped directly to them. That was 3 weeks before Christmas, with plenty of time. After two weeks, I emailed to check the status and was told that they couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas, but it would be there "shortly after," similar language to what others have noted. It is now February 1, and we still have not received what we ordered. I will be filing a fraud charge to recoup this money, but more importantly, we will (obviously) not be ordering from this company again, and my parents don't have their Christmas gift.

A very sharp and legitimate looking website that is a scam. I never received my order and never had messages returned. The phone number doesn't work. I could not track order number on website either as the link did not work. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

I placed an order on 11/26 for Christmas. After 3 weeks of no delivery, I emailed them requesting a ship date. They responded that it would not arrive in time for Christmas, but that it would arrive shortly after. It still has not arrived. Their customer care phone number is not a working number. I have filed a fraud claim in order to get this resolved.

I ordered whiskey glasses for a Christmas gift from them in November. Christmas has long passed and I have still not received the glasses. They have however charged my credit card for the full amount and will not answer my emails asking for a refund! They are scammers!!
Beware of this company!!!

Ordered college whiskey glasses and decanter in September was to ship in 8 to 10 days.
Two emails they did answer said will be sipping in a week or so. Hasn't happened another email ship before Christmas didn't happen. No reply to latest email.
Constantly getting sales emails from them?
Stay away from these people. Sounds like they need to be investigated for fraud and theft.
No merchandise no refund.

Ordered weeks ago, no further info other than an email that my order had been received provided. Have sent over 10 emails with zero response. Their phone is no longer in service. They still update their Facebook page daily but will not respond to any of my posts

Ordered my boss a Christmas gift on December 11 – the tracking 'says' it was sent yesterday !! Ten days later and of course there is no one to speak with on the phone – THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF – IT DOENS'T GET ANY WORSE THAN THIS – STAY AWAY

I ordered a wooden tray well over 4 months ago. When I started asking when it was going to be shipped they kept giving me excuses…waiting on hardware from supplier, etc. It is now a few days before Christmas and I know I will never receive this tray. Customer Service has quit responding to my emails. I guess I will contact my bank and try and get my $137.00 back.

Bought a pair of rocks glasses from here on 11/4 (thinking I was getting ahead of Christmas shopping). The glasses still have not been shipped. I sent an email at the end of November, they responded saying they'd be shipping out that week, they weren't. I've sent 4 emails, messaged them on instagram and twitter. I even called their number to which the voicemail says "we will have live assistants to help during the holiday season – if you need help, visit our website" (LOL). I typed in a guess extension number and actually got he voicemail of someone and i've left maybe 4 voicemails with her too. It's ridiculous.

I ended up finding a company on Etsy, they engraved the glasses similarly and I received them within 10 days. Spend your money with small shops like Etsy instead of these frauds!

I ordered a pair of etched glasses from them mid -Sept. They sent me an email on 9/25 saying that due to high demand my order was delayed but would ship in a week. I didn't get the order so I emailed again mid-Oct and they emailed back saying it would be shipped in a week. That's the last I've heard from them. I've emailed 3 more times with no response and when you call their ph# all it says is to email them, you can't speak with anyone. There's also an order look-up option on their website but when I put in my order# it came up as not found. (meanwhile they had referenced my order# in their previous emails) And they keep sending me promotional emails to buy more! I submitted a fraud complaint with my credit card and they credited my account. In reading other similar reviews I'm convinced this company is unreliable at best and possibly a scam.

Ordered a table 9/11. Received a email it would take a week. Nothing. Emailed them and was told another week. Nothing. Tried to email again and would not go through. I have now filed a fraud report with my bank. It is now 12/11.

I ordered several items in September. I inquired four times when I didn't get notice that they were going to be shipped and each time I received a note telling me that they will be sent "in a week or so." It's now over three months after my order and that didn't happen. I've also attempted several more times to reach them via email and phone and have had no response.

I ordered a few products in September for the Holidays. I inquired twice when I didn't get notice that they were going to be shipped and each time I received a note telling me that they will be sent "in a week or so." It's now three months after my order and that didn't happen. Went to the site to track my package and despite having the order number, I received a notice that it could not be found. There are plenty of other vendors out there who actually deliver what you purchase – I'd find them.

I have emailed several times with absolutely no response. Ordered a ring which arrived but was too big. Emailed and was told to return for exchange. No problem. They received my ring but now I'm unable to get any response. All I want now is a refund but they will not respond to any contact. DONT SHOP HERE!!!

I attempted to purchase a birthday gift from my daughter, I selected from the website of products offered although knowing they are very overpriced. They accepted my payment only to let me know two weeks after my daughters BD that this item was on back order and refused to refund my 165.00 so just because the show the product, do not mean it's available. But with caution.

The first thing to understand is that you never get to talk to a live person. Everything is done by email, and in my experience about half of the emails I sent them were ignored. I wanted to order six engraved whiskey glasses for my son, but wanted a different mix of quotations than the ones that came with the set of six glasses. The website said you could order different quotations, but there was no way to do it on the order form. I emailed sales (since there was no way to call them). They ignored the first two emails, but finally answered the third one. They told me to place the order, then email a woman in customer service to tell her which quotes I wanted. They never acknowledged the email, and shipped a random selection of quotes instead of the ones I wanted. I say random because the quotes they shipped were NOT the six quotes that they said came standard with the six glass set. They were also NOT the six quotes I ordered. To date I have emailed customer service four times and I have still not gotten the glasses I ordered. Better Business Bureau also rates them as an "F", for similar communications issues with other customers.

It has now been over a month and I still have not gotten my glasses which they said were in stock. Last week I was told they would ship which was 2 weeks after they said they would originally ship
