Bowery Lighting

Absolutely a HORRIBLE experience with this company. Ordered a chandelier on November 29, 2019. 3 months have gone by and my order wasn't fulfilled. I have cancelled numerous times and these pathetic scam artists have threatened a 50% restocking fee, even though this is not mentioned anywhere on their website. The key being "50%". Go to Yelp for a more in depth review. The leadership of this company are liars and have ZERO integrity whatsoever.

UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE (Bill and Lily)… Purchased a Hinkley chandelier from showroom. The chandelier fell after installation from a compromised chain link that gave-way. Three out of six glass covers shattered. When presented this to Bill and Lily, all the said was that it is not their issue. Bill became loud and confrontational because I expected them to pay for the replacement glass. Proceed to tell me to deal with it on my own.

Would never do business with them or recommend them in anyway…

Bowery's customer service was terrific. Bill helped me so much with my order and spent so much time with me making sure I didnt make many mistakes I am extremely grateful to him and bowery. Their prices were the best I could find as well, what more can anyone ask for. Top Notch Company!!!!

From start to finish Bowery is awesome. I received my order as promised and they had the best price for it on line. I checked amazon, nextag etc. To get the service I received as well as the best price for what i ordered I could not ask for a better experience then I got with Bowery.

They have by far the best prices on line you can find and their customer service reps are extremely knowledgeable and very nice to work with, they returned all my calls immediately and went out of their way to help.
