The customer service was mediocre and the finished product was just okay. I actually think I could have did it better myself. Totally not worth it, keep doing your research.

Was not able to access dashboard to comment after "finial draft " was sent. Have no idea if they will deliver on the Linked in profile update.

Maybe it was that I wasn't aware of the new resume structures, or what exactly recruiters/hiring professionals are looking for in a resume, but I struggled a lot with the process. One good note is that the writer was always professional, even when it seemed like my frustrations were getting the best of me. The writer was open to my suggestions and offered their insight, and in the end, we arrived at a product that I was satisfied with. Though I did some minor tweaks in the end, it was acceptable.

I'm happy with how my resume turned out. My writer, Emily, was very responsive and did a great job. She was able to pull key bits out of my descriptions of my job that I would have never thought to include in my resume. The feedback that I gave after the first draft was all incorporated into the final draft and I believe the final product is better than I could have done on my own.

Hello,

Jalia was helpful in writing my resume. She provided good customer service/communication, asked valid follow-up questions and developed my resume accordingly. I would rate my overall experience 3.5/5 because the process took too long. I selected the "5 to 7 business days" option but it took over 4 weeks (20 business days) to get my final draft. My LinkedIn profile development process has not started yet. I wish it didn't take so long.

The worst company ever, please don't hired them I received my linkedin profile last night and it was sad to see the poor quality. Is more marketing, they don't have customer service skills nor interpersonal qualities. It was a complete waste of money $400 for an Aspiring Professional Resume. I went through a lot of stress with this company.

I was a little skeptical at first. I鈥檝e had my resume done with other businesses and usually they would come back with just the finished product and I would say, 鈥渙k that looks good鈥? However, some of the bullets wouldn鈥檛 sound like me. The BrandResume product is very tailored and they will tell you why something shouldn鈥檛 be worded a certain way but at the same time they will listen to their client鈥檚 point of view. My writer took her time, was very patient and responsive to my needs or concerns. The collaboration was great and I ended up with a perfect recharged resume. Thanks so much!!

The Site was very challenging to use every time the experience was also impersonal I didn鈥檛 get to talk through anything and I had to do a bit of work on my own which isn鈥檛 what I thought I paid for. Also. The team was not friendly I would have loved to feel supported and appreciated for giving my business. I wouldn鈥檛 use again
