Recently purchased a Braun series 9 shaver – they should be done under the trade descriptions act. Supposed to be an all singing all dancing top of the range shaver and comes with lots of fancy extras such as the charging and cleaning station. Only problem is it doesn鈥檛 do the basic job which is to shave your face. Find yourself having to go over the same area time and time again because it just does not cut hair in certain areas, especially under the chin and under the nose. Eventually have to finish using a manual razor as this shaver is simply not capable of doing the job. I鈥檝e always used an electric shaver and I have never had one that performs so poorly. Much worse than the first cheapest shaver that I ever purchased. Really angry that they are allowed to get away with charging such an obscene amount of money for a product that simply does not do the job for which it is supposedly designed.

I ordered a shaver for my son for Xmas, what a great price for a top brand, it came within 2 days, my son will be very pleased come Xmas, I will certainly order from Braun in the future, thank you Braun

The website says they do not take the money from your card until it is dispatched. They took my money immediately. It took so long to arrive that I missed the birthday that I bought it for.

Braun make returning a product so difficult I imagine the idea is that you give up. You have to write to their customer service for permission to return the item. Then you have to confirm that the item isn't damaged and has not been opened. Then you have to pay and they say it should be insured so more cost. I am about to return mine now so will see how quickly I get my refund.

I bought a Braun shaver, which had a interesting price due to cashback. However, Braun so far has refused 3x to pay the cashback. They simply say 'it does not adhere to the rules', even while it clearly does.

First time using slik-epil 9, and I love it. I can go for days before I have to do it again. Makes life so much easier. It does take a little time to get use to the hair being plucked out, but you do adjust.

Braun 5516 is worthless piece of plastic. It needs hours to be charged and battery last for few minutes. Razors aren't sharp at all and you'll need to go through same spot over and over. Doesn't worth a cent!

I don鈥檛 ever write reviews matter fact this is my first time because I feel like I need to let people know before they purchase from this fraudulent company.

2 days ago I鈥檝e purchased the silk epil 9 and straight away after purchases you are suppose to receive order confirmation and shipping information etc. I didn鈥檛 receive anything but instead they were fast to take the 拢129.99 out of my bank! At this point I was confused as when I usually order items online I get the order confirmation or a receipt back for my purchase. I waited 24 hours to receive an email and I still didn鈥檛 get one. I tried emailing them no reply, I鈥檝e tried calling them and no answer due to the excuse of corona virus, there is also NO LIVE CHAT. It鈥檚 basically nearly impossible to contact them. They will give you an robot reply saying it will take them 7 days to reply. This is unacceptable. I want my money back. They didn鈥檛 give me a order number or any way to know where my product is! How can I cancel on this purchase then??! The only way is to make a dispute.

Please learn from experience and never shop from braun. Shop from a website you know that can be trusted and good customer service. Stay safe.

I purchased a Braun shaver and sent it back for a refund. The shaver was received by Braun in May and now its November and they have refused to refund my payment. They are not even returning my shaver (they have probably misplaced it).

The customer service is the worst ever. They are very rude and poorly trained.

Do not ever trust Braun. A total disappointment!

I have had the braun series 9 razor for a year now and I have used it to shave my head and my face. It has done a remarkable job and I haven't had to change any part of the razor due to wear and tear. I know the razor wasn't made to shave someone's head but I had to give it a try after I shave my face for the first time and saw how amazing of a job it did. After trying it on my head for the first time, I knew there was no turning back and hope that the blades and motor wouldn't burn out on me. It didn't and it is still going strong to this day.

Thank you Braun for having made this razor and helping me to solve a problem I was dealing with for years. Keep up the good work.

I paid $328 for a Silk Expert device from Braun and it's a bit too complicated for me so I decided to return it. There is no return instruction in the package, so I googled Braun Return Policy and went to the website Braunhousehold.com and started a return. I never received my return refund. Braun Household and Braun are completely two different companies sharing the same brand name, I spent 3 hours contacting their customer services and they kept deferring to each other. I offered cash compensation to the customer service people, begging them to help me to check my package. They don't give a s**t and kept deferring to each other. I lost $328. Worst online shopping experience ever. Will not trust this brand and how they operate.

I have had quite unpleasant experience with UK the shop of this company (braunshop co uk). I have purchased Series 5 Electric Shaver from them, its price is about 拢180 but they have a discount for this item and it costs 拢89.99. Even with the discount I would expect good experience (especially given the reviews on the seller's website which are all 4 and 5 star, more on this later).

I have bought this item a couple of weeks ago. The shaver was not up to my expectations, to put it mildly. All the reviews on Braun Shop website are positive (4 and 5 starts), so I thought this shaver might be good, especially given the price.
The charging post is small and does not fit fully into the shaver, so you have to be careful to ensure the contact is good when charging it.
As a beard trimmer this item is frankly bad: you have to maintain certain angle between your skin and the blade, otherwise the trimmed hair length will be different. I ended up with patches of almost naked skin, and this wasn't the first time I was trimming my beard. The head for clean shave a kind of works but I had to scrub my skin for a long time to achieve what I could have achieved with a cartridge razor in one go. It just doesn't pick up all the hair. I would expect much better performance for such a steep price.

So I contacted the buyer explaining the situation and asking for a refund. The reply was (and I quote): "as you have confirmed that you have used the product we are unable to process a return for you". I can see a reason behind this, but how am I supposed to know if the product is OK or not unless I use it? It's a shaver, not something I just look at.
But that's not end of the story. I contacted Customer Care (they reply from pg (dot) com) and they confirmed that I can actually use their 100-day satisfaction guarantee and return the item regardless if it was used or not. What was that first reply? An attempt to get rid of me? However, it's not that easy to use this way of getting a refund. First you need to print a form and fill it in. Not a big deal, but the form has giant black image covering almost half of the page. How much ink would I waste to print it? After all, it far from being environmental friendly, isn't it? You also have to ship the item back to them for your own money.
Finally, I have left a 1-star review on the seller's web site. I waited for more than 1 week and my review didn't appear. So I contacted them, but they only replied they would check with their web team. How convenient: negative reviews just disappear. I posted another review and made screen shots as I went, it seems to be there now.

my braun quickmix 7 handle broke and wont unlock to use. it was 1 year over warranty. Contacted the customer service and explained everything. i asked if i can just buy that part and get it delivered. the person on the other side was very patient, asked for a few things and told me that she will have it delivered. the whole process was smooth and a certain action made me trust the brand even more, leaving no worries when buying their products.

Hello, I purchased a braun BUA7200CEM ActivScan 9 Blood Pressure Monitor in July this year as my omron monitor got broken, and was using it twice a day because my cardiologist asked me to send him the readings. All was fine until one morning i got a constant reading of 170\110 which did scare me so that day i called in sick and called my G.P., he said to increase my medication to compensate, which i did. My cardiologist asked me to increase my meds from 4mg to 16mg which i did, but not much difference the B.P. was lower on occasions but not as it should be then one morning at 3am i got up and checked my B.P. and it was 200/120, so a scary moment. The machine has now been sent back and i have an Omron which seems to be working fine, but what i will say is i will never trust a Braun product again because of all the anxiety this has caused me. These devises are essential to some people and because i work in the aviation industry i know the impact one small error can make. All of these devices need to be calibrated to a standard with a certificate of conformity.

I have a braun wet and dry series 9 shaver purchased from the shaver shop. this is supposed to be a top of the range razor but i have had to purchase two new shaving heads within the space of six months. Cheaper to change brand.

Had a problem with the epilator I brought as it wasn鈥檛 giving me good results. Contact them and after a few conversations got no reply back. Clearly weren鈥檛 bothered And didn鈥檛 want to help as I鈥檝e now just wasted all that money on it

Well, I ordered the best shaver by Braun and my fiance wasn't satisfied with the way it was shaving. It was missing bad not getting a good close shave. I called to send it back but needed address so they gave it to me. I shipped it and waited and waited and waited and waited. To no avail I didn't receive the refund. I called and went round and round with many of reps and supervisors. I was told many different stories. Even lied said I didn't call then said I just got the address offline. So many lies from them so I called the number they gave me and nothing did the product was thrown in the trash. Well now I'm out 400 and no razor. If you ever do business with them good luck. Never again and we have been Braun family for 30 years.

Braun Worse customer service ever in my life !
I have made several enquiries into the status of my return I鈥檓 very upset with the way that this has been handled. I called to cancel my order within 10 minutes of placing the order and was told that I could not.
After receiving my order I sent it back in accordance with the money back guarantee that you boast on your website. This was on July 13th. Not only have I not received a refund but I have not received confirmation that the return was received. I have called several times only to be told that they 鈥渕ay not鈥?have received the return yet and to give it 6-8 weeks. We are now almost at the 8 week mark and still no communication from your company in regards to this return.

Apparently a coffee machine hot plate peeling after less the 90 days doesn't get covered under their warrenty. It wasn't a cheap coffee maker either. I got it on sale for 137 dollars. I had a 12 dollar Mr. Coffee for like 10 years the held up better. Don't waste your money on their products. A few months of wear and tear as they call it and they fall apart. They were kind enough to say they would send me a courtesy one only if I cut up the one I am still using and send the cord to them. Then wait a week or two for them to send me a new one. I don't know about you guys but some people like their coffee every morning. Some people in my household have had a pot of coffee everyday for years. I voiced my concern about being without a coffee maker for what could be several weeks and they were kind enough to remind me that this is a courtesy. They don't actually have to send me a new one. Well Target agreed to take it back and refund me. I will not be buying anything that say Braun on it.

I purchased a Braun series 9 razor. The razor comes with a 2 year warranty. Braun advertises a 1+year extension when you register the product. There is no place on the braun.com site to register the razor "register razor here". I can find the Braun site to register other products, but not the razor. Frustrating, don't count on any kind of warranty if it is this hard to simply register the purchase of the razor.

I had my Oral B electric toothbrush repaired and I would just like to say a huge thank you. The service is absolutely amazing. It was easy sending it off and such a fast repair I got it back in no time. I know it is only a toothbrush but I I wanted to express how grateful I am. I will continue to use Braun products 🙂

We have a Braun Jug Blender. Type: 4143. Serial #: 5422310304. We have used it properly for 18 months. The bearings have seized up once. We have had to buy 2 replacement blades. The motor just burned out and when we called Braun to ask for a replacement or repair, they were not interested in assisting. We did not have our proof of purchase but assumed with the serial number, they could reasonably determine how old the product was. An appliance of this cost should last longer than 18 months. We do not recommend buying it.

Never mind how good the shaver is (1st class) the after sales service is probably the best I鈥檝e ever experienced.
From first contacting them via the website to receiving the shaver back fixed, they keep you fully informed re the progress of your problem.
Really 1st class service to go with a 1st class shaver…….

S3 wet/dry electric shaver is a great value. I have uses it for about 4 months and it works great! Replaceable blades last considerably longer than the 3 month recommended replacement even with everyday use.

Don't buy from Braun. Their customer service sucks. I bought a thermometer on April 4th with 3-5 sa y expedited shipping. Today is April 18, still do not have it. Tracking still shows as of Apr 1 3 in Texas and hasnt moved. They claim tracking site hasn't been updated. Even so, I should of had my package by now. They only want to refund 50% of my shipping. That is crap. Its been well over that time. They also claim its due to pandemic. I've shipped items that have arrived on time. There was NO MENTION of delays on their site when I ordered. There customer service is the worst. They do not answer their 0hones or return calls when you leave a message.
