The worst online shopping experience that i had, i am still waiting for my refund, haven鈥檛 even received any confirmation email that they have received my package although the post tracker shows the have received it one week ago!
Just getting automatic response to my emails which refers me to read the q&a part of the website. Verrrrryyy unsatisfactory.

Not every shop is able to give full and expected service. Breuningrer is the one incompetent. Neither able to deliver, nor refund the money. I would be thankful if anyone warn me before my "business" with them.

Terrible store.
My order number is 49744948
I received my order yesterday. I ordered a Off-White X Futura Alien Print t-shirt. Not only did I receive the wrong shirt, it was also a fake one!! It was the wrong model shirt, AND I did a check and it is a FAKE model!
I have just sent it back using the return slip. If someone at Breuninger is reading this, I sincerely hope that you process my refund in a timely manner and with absolutely no problem or I am ready to take action since my family are lawyers and I am ready to do what it takes. Make sure I get my refund. Thanks. If I do, I will consider changing my rating.

26.06 I ordered a business suit Hugo Boss for my husband (it was a birthday present). Nothing has come until now – 13.07. On the phone they cannot explain anything and cannot find nothing. Nobody knows anything, but they took the money. This is a very bad luxury site with a very bad customer service. I do not recommend it.

I have ordered a pair of Valentino sneakers and the parcel went missing so I has paid for them already but they never arrived! When calling the customer services, they tried to put me on the line with another team which didn鈥檛 work out because someone just put down the phone!! I had to call 4-5 times to get hold of someone – this is the worst cuatomer service which I have ever experienced! They were supposed to check on the prcel and give me a call back which has never happened! Breuninger is the worst 鈥渓uxury鈥?e-tailer I have ever ordered from. They wirhdraw money for the ordered items quickly, but as soon as an issue arises (eg parcel got lost), you don鈥檛 get hold of them and noone cares! I would never ever order there again.

My product came opened (no plastic seal). No customer service phone number available. This is not good this is a luxury product! Can someone please get in contact? I would like a refund.

Got a hold of customer service. Mr. Schwartz was extremely helpful. He asked 鈥渉ow he could make it right…鈥?He got in contact with my local store and had them help me swap out the opened product.
One star deducted for not having the best practices in the distribution centre (shipping a customer an opened item) And not having the best call centre IVR experience (had to call a few times) but overall the customer service associate went above and beyond to make this right.

Unfulfilled orders, bad communication! Twice in two weeks Breuninger has sent me an email that the items we ordered cannot be sent/no longer available. They sent these notifications 9-10 days after the order was made. So, we wait 10 days for something that is not coming. However, ever day we receive marketing emails from them!! Furthermore, 50% of the items we ordered were not available and we were told would never be shipped. That is a big problem for an e-tailer! There are a lot of places to order the same items and since this has never happened with other websites, I won鈥檛 ever use Breuninger again. They cannot be trusted.
I thank Breuninger for their kind response. The BIG problem here is not the technical problem, it is that Breuninger waited 10 days (!) to notify me that the item was not available. If they would tell me right away after 1-2 days, OK…but to wait 10 days is really rude to the customer. And this happened with 2 separate orders.
