It took over 3 years (the last year with legal help) to get a solution to a car problem that occurred the first time I drove it 2 days after purchase. They bluffed for 9 months then admitted they knew what I was talking about. I took it to another garage on one occasion and they recognised the issue immediately! Appalling service and cocky staff. I've met other people who have had bad experiences with them too in Evesham but the directors cover Banbury and Stratford upon Avon branches too. Avoid them….I'd trusted them as an established dealership… to my error.
