It's disgusting that a company will treat a customer with no respect. I have contacted brighthouse for the past 4 weeks and I have spoken to atleast 20 members of their staff and nothing has been resolved. I have been told so many lies and transferred to different people. My washing machine broke and I called them up to get the problem fixed. No one has contacted me to let me know what the next step is but I'm expected to pay for the product/cover insurance. I have had to spend money to take my clothes to the laundrette. I still have clothes in the washing machine because the door won't open and my clothes are going to be destroyed by the time they decide when they will send someone. I have asked the company to cancel my contract because I'm not paying for something I'm not using. I understand the company has gone into administration but it shouldn't be the reason to treat your customers poorly.

Buying online was relatively easy, but I thought I was paying a monthly direct debit, but it turns out they don鈥檛 offer this for monthly payments only fortnightly and weekly. I missed my first payment as I thought it was automatic but then was called by the rudest 鈥渃ustomer service鈥?operator I have dealt with in a long time. Product is great although not opened yet as it is a Xmas present, but being totally spoken down to by the 鈥渃ustomer service鈥?member of staff has left an incredibly sour taste. Just because my credit rating is low and I have to use BrightHouse doesn鈥檛 mean I鈥檓 any lesser of a person!

I am disgusted with bh. My bungalow was flooded after Yr men installed my washing machine. I've lost all my flooring and had a nightmare time trying to sort it. I put all pics etc in and complained the day we came home to it. Customer relations are rubbish. I only get a response when I'm chasing it. Bh haven't contacted me only a letter saying further to my complaint your sorry I'm unhappy. The store are trying to be helpful but I feel manager doesn't take this seriously. I was told couple of weeks then 28 days then 56 days and then I can go to ombudsman as its "early stages investigating it". I have systemic lupus cognitive tissue disease and jorgens disease and really don't feel well enough to be sorting my bungalow to be moving furniture and mopping up water everywhere but I had to. Plus my daughter who's heavily pregnant had to help. Now we have Xmas coming and new baby coming home to a cold bare floored bungalow. I pay my account on time and have used bh a lot but never ever again. I've gone from lovely flooring to none and bh couldn't give a toss yet the day I was due to pay but withheld my payment bh were on the phone by 1pm. (yesterday was first withheld payment) not had any call about my home being wrecked but get a call for payment even before the end of business on day its due. No payments bh until my homes sorted so take me to court if you like I'd love to explain why I'm withholding payments

Took a little while for the application to be completed online and in store which took over 3 days and alot of messing about but got there in the end and got the product wanted which was a black beko washer dryer which came today and can say its a great product having now used it, and brighthouse did give us the 1st month free and also refunded 1st payment made. 🙂

Hopeless company, terrible IT system that just don鈥檛 work. I have had to complain on numerous occasions about their mistakes. They eventually apologise and provide compensation, I have had four written apologies and numerous telephone apologies. But they still don鈥檛 fix the problems! I have no idea how they stay in business. Completely incompetent. Avoid, at their prices you have the right to expect much better service.

Staff are so rude! Customer service skills are as bad as Jimmy Savile touching kids! Place is an absolute rip off! They loose all mobile phones you take in for them to repair, they damage your home picking up Items! do not buy from brighthouse!
