DECEIVING TO YOU ABOUT YOU PAYING your own water bill and then you come to find out that you are sharing water with the building you live in. And guess what? When you get your rent bill your water, sewer and trash listed on it is $189 per month on top of it all.

A view of the pool with the Walmart background will cost you an additional $90 on top of your rent. lol!!!!

I live here with my wife and daughter and my brother lives in another apartment in the back.

We have met neighbors who also have had numerous problems and are trying to get out of their LEASES. They want a 60 day notice and another $5000 to buy it out! Even if your lease has the legal statements that you can get out of your lease for certain reasons they want to pocket the money!

These are not luxury apts. They are overpriced junk hole constructed places by ALLIANCE RESIDENTIAL

Are you concerned about your family? they have drug dealers and prostitution here. There was a robbery, purse snatching, vandalism, etc. The gates do not keep the criminals out. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS. It is too costly but you will pay over $1025 for a 1 bedroom, $1500 for a 2 bedroom place and just over $1700 for a 3 bedroom. The construction is poor and everything breaks right away. You can hear your neighbors upstairs, downstairs, in back of you and in the halls. There has been noted a lot of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (AGAIN LOOK WHERE THEY HAVE BUILT THESE APTS.) Did they think the GHETTO was just going to move away? They DO NOT PROVIDE SECURITY. EVERYONE has been told that there will be no cameras because it is too expensive. If you want that security move to a some other complex. REAL NICE Huh? SO, What are you paying for?

鈥et Park (THERE IS NO PARK FOR THE DOGS TO RUN FREE!) And the neighbors complain about the barking all the time so your dogs have no FREEDOM in your apartment! If you have animals forget about this place!!!!!!
鈥?4-Hour Emergency Maintenance (YEAH RIGHT) He will call you the next morning at 9am – 1 guy for all these 400 units. You need to make an appt. if your washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal and or the AC breaks. My sister-in-law waited 3 days in September and it was HOT HOT HOT!
鈥esort-Inspired Pool (ITS A SMALL POOL! IT'S DIRTY) My niece got a bacterial infection in her ear. 2 days in the hospital.

鈥utdoor Gourmet Kitchen with Grilling Stations (STUPID!) They do not clean it up before you use it and they want $150 deposit before you use it.

鈥ranquil Lake – It's a DIRTY POND with scum floating in it!!
鈥xecutive Business Center with Wi-Fi Hot Spot _THERE ARE NO COMPUTERS OR PRINTERS TO USE! – Bring you own!!!!!!!! It is one tiny barstool table! You have to be kidding me!!!!

This apartment complex was built on an old trailer park site. The construction company built over 200 units within a year – WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU ABOUT the construction of your apartment? PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LIVE MISERABLY and have your FINANCES DRAINED by THIEVES! When it rains your bottom apartment will FLOOD!

They promise a dog park NOT!

They promise security NOT!

They offer Tenants WITH CRIMINAL HISTORY a second chance to live here because they are not renting them very quickly. A neighbor told me he has 3 FELONIES for ROBBERY and they just told him to make sure he doesn't cause any problems. YIKES!!!!! I have found 2 other Tenants that have FELONY RECORDS!

A friend, his girlfriend and their 2 boys tried to get out of their lease due to their apartment was broken into and their dog was slashed with a knife! They said they would talk to the upper management. It never happened! Do you want to live here? They were threatened into not filing a police report or they would have to pay another security deposit for the extra dog and cat that they have. $750!!!!!!!!!

The drug dealers are right around the corner because this neighborhood was built in a ghetto area. Take a ride before you tour the property and see all the homeless people who are walking around and go to the Walmart next door.

The gates DO NOT keep the crime out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, and at 3-4am you will hear the delivery trucks from Walmart, Publix, etc. unloading the goods.

There is so much traffic you can hardly hear yourself think!!!!

Sirens SIRENS, SIRENS, everyday from the accidents that occur on Gulf-To-Bay and Belcher. This is a DEATH ZONE! Belcher Road has a hospital route and all the ambulances ride with their sirens on at least 2-5 times a day. Listen to that all day!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR A SCRATCH THIS ONE OFF YOUR LIST!!!

ALREADY THEY ARE SLOWING DOWN ON RENTING THESE APARTMENTS BECAUSE THE WORD AND NEWS IS GETTING OUT OF THE BAD REPUTATION AND THE UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT!!!
