Actually it was second time I purchased smith from them.
The 1st one was excellent鈽濔煆?br />
Then, on the 9th of March I bought several pieces and on the 11th of March I received a confirmation email that my order is on its way.
Finish. NO EMAILS NO ANSWERS
According to tracking site the parcel is traveling around inside China.
THAT鈥橲 ALL.
Awful f***ng service.
Don鈥檛 be fulled by this company.

I got the wrong size…my fault. I returned them in November and not only have I not received my bracelets but no one will answer my emails. Have NEVER been treated like this in all of my online shopping. I absolutely no NOT recommend this company! From my point of view this is a total scam!

Don鈥檛 be fooled by their 鈥渓uxury jewelry鈥漚t reasonable prices. Their site says sterling silver, but the fact that their earrings irritated my ears after just a few days of wearing them (I don鈥檛 even have super sensitive skin) lead me to believe that鈥檚 not the case. Disappointing and wouldn鈥檛 recommend, especially considering that the price is definitely not cheap for what you鈥檙e actually getting.

My tennis bracelet was delayed by a few days, started to feel suspicious and Googled the company and was alarmed by the comments that it鈥檚 a scam! The few that got their orders commented that the product was crap, blah blah blah. Emailed customer service and was promptly replied with an apology and a tracking #. Still didn鈥檛 feel right and was ready to call my bank to dispute the charge, but then, MY ORDER CAME IN THE MAIL! 9 days late, that鈥檚 why I only gave 4 stars, BUT the product was NOT crap or falling apart like others claimed. I鈥檓 not affiliated or paid by them to say this, just so you know. Been wearing it for over 2 weeks 24/7 and still super happy with it! And with obvious sensible care, I鈥檓 pretty sure this bracelet will make me happy for years to come.
If you think about it, most of the time, only disgruntled, salty, high maintenance customers write reviews online, because the happy ones just go on living their happy lives. So there you go, be careful with the reviews you read just as much as you should be careful with the sites you purchase stuff from.

I have just placed my very first order with the company today morning.
The $70 payment went through. It has been 4 hours, and I have not received any of the following:
1. Order confirmation
2. Shipping confirmation
3. Shipment tracking number.
I wrote to the customer care as well as on their Instagram page. No reply.
I don't even know if I will be getting my order on time or it is a false transaction !!
If this is valid company, please respond.

Oh gosh, i can鈥檛 believe! I wrote a review about the useless extra 20usd for the express delivery and they just made me a refund because they verified my order came in 10 days instead of 5 !!!

As many stars as i have for this company! Thank you guys, this is symptom of reliability!!!

Scammers. Paid US$20 for express shipping (2-4 days). The items I ordered (a necklace set and a ring) never arrived.

Take your money somewhere else!

This company looks so nice until you actually need to get in contact w/ them. I got my bracelet right on time and it only took about a week for it to come in. Once it got here I put it on for about a minute and then back into the box. The next day I decided to wear it to work and within an hour of use I noticed a diamond fell out!! This made me so disappointed because I really did love the way it looked. I reached out to them via instagram message after repeatedly trying to email their non existent email. I鈥檝e tried to send an email about 10 times and every time it said 鈥渦ndelivered mail returned to sender鈥?. they have not answered anything. i鈥檓 not really sure how i鈥檒l ever be able to get in contact w/ them to get a refund or exchange. SCAM Dont waste your time. and I never leave reviews because I never feel the need but this just makes me so mad.

I ordered earrings for my mother in law for special occasion and it's been 10 days I havent received it. I tried sending them email in their given customer service email and it's been 3 days I still havent got a reply about my order the money is gone out my account still havent seen or heard about my order. Such bad customer service. It's a scam and I am going to report them.

Just received mine today! Love their rose gold collection. CS was super nice as there was a slight delay in receiving my parcel due t customs but not something within their control. Glad it cleared without a problem and arrived just in time for my event.

The packaging and quality of service is simply amazing ? I recently got a few accessories from thier rose gold collection and it went so well with my evening wear. Keep up the great service!! ?

Bought this recently for my gf and she was impressed with the quality and the design of the bracelet. Good for value but they are not real diamonds. Do not expect real diamonds with the price you pay for.

This so called company is a SCAM!!!. I placed my order a week ago and to this date I have not received a real tracking number. The tracking number I received from them is from USPS and when I called them, they have no record of this item. Apparently the vendor hasn't even brought in the package in to be delivered. They just created a number/ label to create a tracking number but they don't sent you anything. I've emailed them and sent the messages through Instagram but no Answer. I am already disputing the charge with my credit card. This is a complete Scam!

I am still awaiting my package it has been 2 weeks I will never order again…. my boyfriend wanted to get me a diamond ring but I loose stuff easy so I had told him to look for a cheaper option online. Cannot track package and I have contacted them multiple times.

Do not order from this website. The marketing is flashy but it not actually representative of this company's production quality or what you can expect from their products.

The package arrives from Singapore so keep in mind you won't get it for 6-8 weeks after ordering. I put on my bracelet and felt allergic to the metal immediately, my wrist got itchy and red but it was pretty and I kept wearing it. After 6 weeks and the gold wore off, it started turning orange like something from a 25-cent jewelry vending machine. I kept wearing it for another 2 weeks and the little clasp where I secure my bracelet to put it on just BROKE OFF!

It's a waste of money, go spend your dollars on Etsy instead.

Faaaaaaaake! I ordered 2 "18K" tennis bracelets. Only one showed up (they addressed the second package incorrectly and it was lost with USPS), and I had to dispute the charge for the second one with my credit card company because they refused to refund me.

I've worn the bracelet a few times. The last time I wore it, it turned my wrist green. Absolutely not gold, and not even good quality costume jewelry.

This bracelet is absolutely adorable and perfect for any outfit!!! It's my new favorite go-to accessory! I can't wait to order more

It adjusts perfectly to my wrist which I can never find anywhere because my wrists are so tiny nothing ever fits. It took a little over a week to arrive which isn鈥檛 bad in my opinion. Overall I鈥檓 in love this brand and would definitely work with them again?

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The shipping speed is beyond slow. The quality of the bracelet is not what they state it is (I bought an 鈥?8K gold diamond鈥?tennis bracelet) I wore it for two weeks and the 鈥済old鈥?immediately was scratched off.

I bought their tennis bracelet, it took over a week to arrive and was impossible to track. It was too small, and did not look anything like the pictures. I sent an email to customer service (the email provided on their website is wrong..had to go back to my order confirmation to find an accurate email) asking to return. No response, so I message their instagram probably 6 or 7 times. A full month goes by before I get an email back (and only because of regular messaging on instagram). They tell me I cannot return it, and will not tell me how to exchange. I've emailed them several more times with no response. I am stuck with a horrible bracelet that doesn't fit and out $100
