We have been very pleased with this company. Lovely oils. Prompt service. Great prices. We use several different oils in our products and I can get almost all of them here. They have a great selection of unrefined, organic oils which are always my first choice and often hard to find.

I am cosmetic formulator, and when searching for raw materials I do extensive research about the company and look them up on any certification that they claim to have, Bulk naturals/ jedwards is a great company and checked all of my boxes as a great company to do business with.
They have great authentic products, service is amazing and shipping is usually the next day or the same day if you order early in the day. (as of the writing of this review we are under the covid 19 mess so they are taking a bit longer due to this) but that's okay. Great products, great customer service and amazing competitive prices.

Ordered products on 24th of July it is now August 15th & product has not even shipped. I wonder how many more months until they ship product then how many months will it take to get to me. I do not see any relief in sight

I have been buying from Bulk Natural Oils (Jedwards International) for 5 years now for my growing business. After my repeated bad experiences with Bulk Apothecary I just want to give credit where credit is due. Bulk Natural Oils have always delivered and have always delivered excellent products. I order from them monthly and have only had 1 issue that was very quickly resolved with management. Not only was it quickly resolved I even had a follow up email and phone call from management to make sure everything was okay. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The only thing that is tough is shipping is very expensive. I live in CA and they are in MA, so shipping is A LOT. I understand I buy things that are 50lbs and more so it's going to be a bit pricey. They do make up for it for having competitive prices with their products compared to other companies. I can always rely on Bulk Natural Oils for keeping up with my stock and getting it in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company for your new and growing business. They have never disappointed me.
