Biggest scam ever. Product took weeks to arrive and never worked! Customer service is appalling, takes ages to reply, promises a replacement and updates but nothing ever happens. Been going on for months. DO NOT BUY!!!

Beware of earphones from this company. An absolute scam, took 3 weeks to get it after ordering and then as they are so bad, I returned, at my expense, to China on Jan 10th, despite repeated attempts to deliver to the warehouse in China, it finally was accepted by then on Feb 19th. I cannot get an answer from the company about my refund. Do not order from this company, the service is awful. Lots of negative reviews on this company.
