I have been ordering from them for about 6 months now without issue until the last 2 times we ordered. We have been taking the same dosage and as many times for about 2 years and recently their kratom has been making us dizzy, and not even helping with our pain. I couldnt even drive my car. I feel like I have vertigo when I take it… it's not cool. I'm not sure if you're cutting it with something or changed vendors, but you just lost a great customer. We have tried to contact customer service over and over without any luck so that's 300$ down the drain bc it's not able to be taken.

Thank you so much for the prompt delivery and discreet packaging ? My husband has sarcoma with the largest tumor wrapped around the sciatic nerve causing him terrible pain. I ordered the Bliss and Red caps, along with Moringa. It seems to help some but if you have any other suggestions I would so appreciate it. Thanks again!

Worst experience with a company I've ever dealt with. Product is complete garbage, not sure why I ever ordered from here. Shipping was slow and customer service is non-existent.
