THIS WEB SITE IS AWEFUL..I ORDERED BOOTS A MONTH AGO FOR CHRISTMAS AND ITS AFTER CHRISTMAS AND STILL DONT HAVE ANY BOOTS. THEY KEEP E-MAILING ME SO CALLED NEW TRACKING NUMBERS AND ALL OF THEM ARE THE SAME NUMBER AND IT STILL SAYS THEY ARE IN CHINA. THEY LOST MY PAYMENT TWICE AND PROMISED THEY WOULD BE HERE BY CHRISTMAS SINCE I ORDERED NOV.25…WELL ITS DEC 27TH AND STILL NO BOOTS AND NO RESPONSE FROM THEM

This site shows pictures of real Ugg Boots but when you recieve them you realize that they don't match the pictures and are in fact FAKES. $90 Uggs–should have known! They immediately say they'll refund you $20 or you can return them but the fee to ship is $45 to China. Then we agreed on $30 and they never paid me back. I send them an email everyday asking for my money. My friend ordered then I told her it was a bogus site. She immediately called to cancel which they agreed. Two days later she gets a shipping notice. She received FAKE Uggs too… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!
