Was using for 8 months then they ask me to send my ID and card number in which I did 5 months ago and sent emails to them and they have not got back or set my account to activate.

I send messages today to their social profiles and they send me the generic response of put in a request here https://help cabify com/hc/es/requests/new/ but when your account is blocked it logs you out this is a stupid system will stick to Uber and others unless Cabify can rectify the issue.

Cabify are still sending spam; if they cared about what people thought of their ways of doing business, they would do something to stop the spam. I am reporting them to their ISP, and I'll report it to the US FTC. What a crummy company; should be ashamed of themselves.

We took a car from Barcelona to Montserrat at a quoted price of 77 euros. First they charged us 87. Then, 3 days later, they cancelled the charge and made it 157 euros. They fabricated a map of a crazy route to the Barcelona airport. I told them I could prove I was in Montserrat at the time. For weeks after that, they kept manically crediting and debiting my PayPal account. When I cancelled their debit rights to my PayPal account, they claimed – falsely – that they could not refund the money without debit access. This game went on and on. Then they said they would need to send the money to my bank. Needless to say, they did no such thing. I called my Visa card issuer and challenged one of the charges. Cabify fought the refund, claiming, rightly, that they had credited me back for that charge, neglecting the fact that they had then debited it again. This vicious game went on for months until I finally got my money back through my Visa card issuer. Bottom line: Cabify is a criminal enterprise. Do not use them, and warn others.

At the beginning it worked well, but lately there is always a problem… They charged me an extra cost for the excess waiting time, but the driver was waiting in another place… Customer care was not helpful and didn't search a solution. Seems that they don't care loosing customers that until now paid every reasonable extra cost…

Horrible service and the worst part is that they couldn't care less about the clients.
Me and my boyfriend left two lamps, because none of us, neither the driver (he passed us the items on the trunk) remembered to take it.
As soon as we got home we reported it to the main office… Only messages through the app were available and in 48hours, as promised, no one said anything about our belongings… I had to walk all the way to an office here in Madrid, and the only thing they said was "We don't have your things and we're not responsible for anything". Our world is turning more and more into a joke, where these companies only profit from us and at the end don't care AT ALL ABOUT THE CLIENT who actually pays for their service! No one even replied to us… This is the kind of service this awful company gives us! I do not recommend at all!

Very bad management, the waiting time is always double of what it says on the app, the majority of the drivers didn鈥檛 even say hi to me when I said it to them, really impolite!
Moreover one day I reserved a car for the morning after because I needed to go to the airport, I received the confirmation email but no car showed up. When the time came the app said that it was searching for drivers and I had to wait minimum 10/15 minutes, which makes a big change when you have a flight.
I won鈥檛 use cabify again.

their driver didnt show up… i sent him three messages through the app and called him with no response and they claim the trip took place, charged me for it, and refuse to refund me my money…

a month ago when i also used them they sent a driver that we found asleep, and then drove shacking her hands and zizaging the entire way whilst invading other lines in the road (scary to say the least) and when i reported a dangerous driver cabify said the problem was an incidence with the car and not the driver

DO NOT USE THIS APP! You will be overcharged.
I was outside waiting for driver on my way to airport. As he turned the corner, I waived him down. Got in car and arrived at airport. I began to get my credit card notifications and was charged 58 euros TWICE for a 42 euro trip! I was charged an additional 7 euros for 鈥渨aiting time鈥? I emailed them and they said they would fix problem and take up to 20 days to credit. They did credit me 58 euros. However, they still charged 58 euros for a 42 euro trip. Leading H. From Cabify support sent me a written email saying that I would only be charged the appropriate amount of 42 euros. Surreal.
This same ride cost me 10 euros less using a taxi during rush hour to this location. This Cabify ride was at 6 am on a Sunday morning with no traffic.
In checking my statement, I realized I was also overcharged by 5 euros on a previous short trip that was only 11 euros.
I will reach out to my cc provider.
Shame on them for unscrupulous business practices. I have used Uber , Lyft and Grab all over the world and this Cabify app is the only scam.

First time i used the app, the driver hustled me and said i gave the wrong address. I had the address on copy paste, I showed him and he said ok. And the Fu**er charged me 300% more for the trip………

I spent 20 minutes waiting for a cab in Terrassa. The app quite asking me to give them more time to find a driver and when I tried to cancel they said they would charge me a waiting fee regardless so I persevered.

When he finally arrived he told me he was outside but actually he had parked down the street and I had to walk to find him.

The journey to my destination only took 6 minutes and he didn't even know where the restaurant was. When I got the bill I was shocked!!!! 26 Euros fora 6 minutes journey. I should have walked – it would have taken me 30 minutes but it was dark and I was in visiting in an unfamiliar town.

Cabify are refusing to refund me for a trip their app said would only be 8 Euros – this company is dangerous and robbing people blind – do not use them. I am reporting them to their regulator – the company needs to be shut down.

Dissatisfied. I booked a trip 24h in advance and no car showed up. If you need reliability Cabify is not the right choice. Customer service is even worse. The only channel to contact Cabify is thru Help messages that are replied hours after, so it does not solve urgent issues. Moreover, I received no apologies and asked me to file an official complaint in person if I wanted.

I was trying the app but decided not to use it. Now I cannot get rid of their emails, cannot delete my accounts. Sent a support request – no reply.

1. Drivers take an order and do not coming for call point – stay in one place and don鈥檛 move to the address where client waiting. Then client is force to cancel the journey.
2. Drivers come to wrong place (not the address I mentioned), than turn on waiting and then cancel the journey with the reason that client didn鈥檛 came.
3. Driver tried to force me to pay twice – in cash too. But I already paid with the card, why should I pay the second time with the cash.
I did about 5 requests during 7 February and nobody tried to help me, especially in case when driver didn鈥檛 let me go from the car while I don鈥檛 pay in cash.

It鈥檚 so sad and so stressful for me.

I think that it鈥檚 not fair when I pay for cancelling when the problem in drivers – they try to deceive me when they know I don鈥檛 speak Spanish.

Honestly the worst ever taxi service I鈥檝e ever encountered. Although it鈥檚 Barcelona鈥檚 version of Uber, they鈥檙e nothing like Uber, not anywhere even close! Their service is appalling and their driving is ridiculously dangerous! However, what really gets me is their booking service. I booked for a taxi the night before to pick me up at 11:45 hours the next day to take me and my family to the airport. When you book a taxi, you鈥檇 expect them to be with you at the designated time. However I received a notification that they would be late and asked how long I am willing to wait. I opted for 10 minutes and still there was no taxi available. I tried to cancel it before the 10 minutes was over and was informed that I would be charged the minimum fare. Hence I had no option but to wait. Once the 10 minutes was over, I cancelled it immediately (at no charge) and just hailed the public taxi which was in abundance. And honestly, the public taxi is a lot cheaper with no extra charges (Cabify charges for their service etc.). Overall, I鈥檇 suggest to avoid Cabify at all cost unless you have no other options. Their service and the whole structure of their company is an absolute joke! You鈥檝e been warned

Ridiculous! How could they charge me when I have already cancelled the trip? In the app it shows 0 money is charged, but then I recieved a message from my credit card saying that I was charged by Cabify for the full estimated fare, which is 33eur. The app is absolutely trying to scam me! When I tried to report the problem, the system tried to tell me that cancellation after the driver is assigned after 5mins will charge me the minimum fee. First, they never warned me of that. Second, I certainly had cancelled within 5 minutes or the system wouldn鈥檛 have shown 0 eur is charged!!! I鈥檓 not even saying that no proper taxi company will charge a trip that doesn鈥檛 even exist at all! DONT USE THIS APP OR YOU WILL REGRET!!!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Absolute joke. And that lack of professionalism is becoming apparent in the standard of its drivers now. Forget the increasingly less offered free water and use Free Now to get a normal local cab.

This company is a scam please do not use. They are not like Uber in the way they fix their prices. You can see one price and it will completely change and you will be massively overcharged. Do not use!!

Alicante,24/12,12.30 am, cabify says 3 minutes, after waiting outside for 20 mins the time had changed to 12 mins. Following the car all over town the times kept changing, 3,11,4,16,4,20. Cancelled this useless service

My daughter just finished her study abroad in Seville, Spain. She booked a car with Cabify for a 6 a.m. pickup for her flight back to the US. After reading all the horror stories in the reviews I was so nervous for her to use this company.
I must say, I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The driver picked her up at 6:06 a.m. in a Mercedes, they picked up a fellow student and were dropped off at the airport within 20 minutes. The entire time I was receiving email updates as to her travel in the cab. Very happy with this service, regardless of all the negative reviews I've read.

They charged me for a service trip which I did not receive as the driver decided to not show up and picked up someone else instead! I tried to contact the driver numerous times yet he kept rejecting all of my calls. In addition to this, I texted him 12 messages in all, he did not even bother to reply to at least one of which! To make it worse, they charged me an additional charge of eur8 over the estimated price indicated on the app, as the destination point differed from the one I indicated on the app! Obviously!!!!!!!!

I raised the matter through the app, and someone named Laura was assigned with my matter in order to 鈥榟elp鈥?me, however she did nothing except killing me from the inside. 14 emails have been sent in all with loads of evidence and proof, and no refund has been received to date! (This matter has been going on for week and a half) I am disgusted with their service. Definitely would not make use of their service ever again!

Doesn鈥檛 even deserve 1 star, in Madrid and the driver didn鈥檛 turn his metre off when we got out and instead of it been a 40鈧?journey we were charged 108鈧? Disgusting and a complete scam. DO NOT USE.

There should be minus ratings. I booked a 9.30 A.M. private pickup with Cabify in PORTUGAL through a London number for JAYRIDE. The day before pickup I was sent an email from Jayride changing the time to 8.00 A.M. On trying to ring the number given, I found this was in SPAIN and for a shared cab and no one in the department answered. So, awaiting pickup therefore 8 a.m., at 7.57 [!!] I received another email from Jayride saying that Cabify could not find a driver. It transpired that Cabify do not operate in the town where I was, which Jayride should surely have known. So I give Cabify one star and in fact put the blame on Jayride though naturally they are blaming Cabify. They are giving me a refund and have offered 10% off a future booking. Do they really think I would trust them?
