I called these guys and told them what I needed exactly. They told me what to do, what to order, and how to order.
I entered the order exactly as told.
To follow up I called many many times to make sure the order was clear. Each time I they did not answer. They never returned my call.
When I recieved the doors, they where exactly what I did not want!

I called them. One item on the call is that they said the item I ordered was a higher price so they did not include those item. They did so without calling. No, zero effort to make sure what they would deliver was what I ordered.
They then went on to say they never received any call. I have phone bill that show many calls to them.
They made no effort to resolve the issue. No refund, no replace, no rework.
Now I am out over $400 dollars.

I cannot work with a company that has no integrity nor honor.
A company to be avoided.

ordered 1 door and was charged $30 which I thought was steep. I wanted to order another door the following week and they wanted $60 to ship same thing. They do not want small customers and would not work with me so I ordered them from Horizon door for 60% less and free shipping

They cannot tell you when your doors will actually be finished or not. They will not call the warehouse to see, they just give you BS!!! If you are in hurry, do not use CabinetDoorMart!!

Doors were great. Fast delivery. I am 73 year old widow who begged for "tell me everything I need cause I don't know what I'm doing" and help me order. Doors came. Beautiful. No dowels or screws? What? Oh, you have to order them separately from Amazon or some other company. So I had to buy 100 screws and dowels (that's how they come) for 3 doors. The hardware they did send worked great for 2 doors but only allowed by corner cupboard door to open at a 45 degree angle.

One last note. Of the hardware that was sent, 4 were good. 2 were not. 2 of the hinges only allowed the corner door to open at a 45 degree angle. Thank goodness I had a great carpenter who retooled the old hinge so we could use.

Seems like for the cost a few cents per door, dowels and screws could be included.

The doors are beautiful. Customer Service very responsive. In the end, the lack of understanding of the help I needed, was disappointing.

I posted 2 reviews on their site with a 3 star rating. They have only chosen to show all their 5 star reviews.

I ordered two cabinet doors and five drawer fronts from CabinetDoorMart.com specifying the 5-piece Shaker design and the select maple material. All items were delivered on schedule with precisely the requested dimensions. However only the four edge pieces of each item were the solid maple I expected. The center panels were instead a paper-thin maple veneer glued to a piece of MDF (medium density fiberboard), The problem with veneer is that it stains much darker than solid wood, and thats what I saw when I tested the staining procedure I had developed for solid wood on the back of one of my drawer fronts. At first I thought I had accidentally forgotten to apply the recommended pre-stain sealer to the center panel. But when I began sanding off the center panels dark stain to test this idea, I discovered that the center panel was a paper-thin wood veneer on an unexpected and unadvertised piece of MDF . I dont want two-tone doors and drawers. Its probably possible to develop a staining procedure that applies different coatings to different areas, but it would be more costly, labor-intensive, and error-prone than a simple 1-stain procedure. Instead, I asked CabinetDoorMart.com give me a store credit for the $273.23 I paid so that I could replace what I received a design that is solid wood. I told them that I used the Search function of their website to find out if the word veneer appeared in any of the web page advertisements. I did not find the word veneer anywhere, so customers have the reasonable expectation that the wood doors they order are made of solid wood rather than wood veneer on MDF. I told them they should warn customers who plan to stain their wood doors of the complications of achieving a uniform stain with doors that include both solid wood and thin wood veneers. When I placed my order, I did get a pop-up message warning telling me that if I planned to paint my wood doors, I should switch to MDF instead because MDF absorbs less paint and this reduces the doors tendency to warp. There should have also been a warning for customers who plan to stain their wood.
