It should be noted CagleCartoons represents the output of far more than Cagle himself, and the submissions are not monitored very strongly. For that I am not rating this site very highly for Child Safety since I've seen some pretty graphic images from other cartoonists. Also note: If you care, the majority of Cagle's cartoons (the guy not the site) cartoons are right wing and espouse common debunked ideas like 'death panels', 'where's the birth certificate' etc. I'm not rating based on that, but some would.
