Stay away from this company, you don't get what you pay for, paid $90 for an arrangement. I would of been better off picking up at a corner store. poor customer service, the Bouquet was not what I had ordered , will never use them again

They were delivered at the very end of the day, which was fine, not flowers.ca fault, the store was cutting it close to store hours ending, but in the end, they did arrive and the flowers looked fairly close to what I had ordered, more daisies than I would have liked but that was fine. When I called flowers.ca number I spoke to someone who was informative, confirmed my order, and did send a confirmation e-mail to me that they were delivered. Thank you. Sandra

The worst flower shop. I bought flowers for my relative who was unwell. I even paid more to have a larger bouquet. What arrived at the hospital was a cheap pathetic looking flower arrangement you won鈥檛 ever buy. A really dodgy flowershop. If only I could attach a photo of what they鈥檝e sent.

Flowers for my sis after her open heart surgery arrived tired and old looking 鈥?looked like a week old bouquet. The yellow roses were browning and it overall looked like it was put together by my four year old granddaughter. When I complained they said I got just the right amount of flowers for what I paid for 鈥?shorting customers flowers must be another top ten complaint. They didn鈥檛 want to take responsibility even in this day and age of digital photography. Please do not use this company 鈥?they do not care about their product or the condition they are delivered. Soooo disappointed and I鈥檓 soooo embarrassed.

Money taken from Bank Account, flowers not delivered as ordered via Canada Flowers which linked to Direct2Florist. Emailed and telephoned company no reply. I made this purchase through Canada Flowers which took me to Direct2florist therefore they should be fully aware of the service procedures and not excuse themselves.

Canada Florist did email me and stated that they have no information when you make a purchase and that I have to contact the florist directly, which I did but got no response what so ever via phone or e-mail. I even sent my bank statement showing the money which they took, no response!

You couldn't make this up if you tried! This is deplorable! Is this, the type of company that one would want to know your bank card details? NO! I so regret this!

The glowing reviews on Direct2florist on here, have to, have been written by Casper! This is my first terrible online shopping experience since doing so from 2004 with so many other fair companies!

I ordered flowers for the passing of my aunt. Sympathy flowers to my cousin. I wish I would have checked reviews and not been so upset. I upgraded to premium and paid 35 for delivery. They did not deliver and my family had to pick them up. The florist told them they added more flowers because they picked them up. Are you kidding. So I contacted the company and they offered me 20 percent back. That won鈥檛 even cover the delivery charge. Oh and they offered a 15 percent coupon on my next order. Why would I order again.

I have used Canada Flowers for many years, any issues l had, they handled professionally. This time they did not. I sent flowers to my mom in Toronto. They arrived half dead and with a blank card, they forgot my words. It took several emails for them to finally contact me back. They said someone would be in contact with me soon, which never happened.

Oh my wish I'd read the reviews , what an experience , picked a beautiful arrangement of birthday flowers for my sister and absolutely Nothing turned up so upset and disappointed total waste of money and time please stay clear off this company unless u have money to waste total rip off

I am in total agreement with many of the reviewers. I ordered the deluxe version and got 2 roses and 2 other red flowers stuffed in a vase that looked like a hot mess. I paid over $100 for this. It was insulting and embarrassing to see how this order looked when delivered as my friends took a photo and sent it to me. I was HORRIFIED. I expressed my concerns to this company and of course it had to go to "conflict resolution" while the raggedy arrangement was clearly a scam and obviously fell short. Then I was given some B.S about COVID and substitutions being necessary–I was not even given the same amt. of flowers! What a ruse to use COVID to totally rip off people. This order was supposed to be full of roses but it arrived as a scruffy messy piece of garbage. I received an apology and a 15% credit which I will never use as this place is not getting one cent more out of me. They should be reported and taken off the Internet. It is sickening to know that people who are kind enough to order flowers, often for others who are in need of cheering, or to augment a joyous occasion get this sickening garbage sent out. I doubt if what was sent was worth $10. I used to arrange flowers, took courses, and these flowers were not even remotely "arranged."
I should have read the reviews. It does not even merit one star.
Sickened and disgusted. I would never in a million years recommend this place and they know why.

Wow, I wish I have read all these reviews about this shop. Unbelievable how different the photos on the website vs. Reality. I spent 65 USD for a basket of flowers worth 5 USD max. Sadly it's a present for one of my best friends birthday in Canada, and I am in Dubai. Not recommended

Did not get what I ordered, ripped off ! Wish I read the reviews before I used them! Just like everyone else offered a 15% rebate and 10% off next order that's crap! Ordered 120.00 worth and got only $20.00 worth of flowers. CAUTION CAUTION

Huge disappointment. Go somewhere else or find an alternative to flowers. It's bad enough many of us can't be with our loved ones during the pandemic but it's even more heartbreaking when you can't be there when a loved one passes. I ordered the PREMIUM arrangement and on the day of delivery, my sister didn't even receive the STANDARD arrangement. After almost a week to review the issue their solution was to credit me 15%. I call BS. Send my sister the flowers I ordered. Furthermore when I called to address the 15% credit. I was told "i'm not interested in your sister". Funny cause I thought the point of flourist was to make people feel good.

Picked an expensive arrangement from their online catalogue and when I received a picture of what was delivered was appalled. It didn鈥檛 resemble the arrangement I had ordered and looked like someone had hastily put flowers in a vase with no thought to arrangement. The response I received when I complained was the flowers were of the value you payed for but here鈥檚 a code for 15 percent off your next order. Trust me when I say I will never order flowers through them again.

They do not stand by their own disclaimer! I completely understand the limited resources during Covid but do NOT claim a suitable substitution will be provided when clearly it wasn鈥檛. A cheap glass vase was substituted for a ceramic pitcher. Not even close!! Then to offer me a 15% discount for next time? That offer is available every time I receive an email from them. Trust me, there won鈥檛 be a next time with this company. They didn鈥檛 even contact me and give me the chance to change the order. Why advertise a product you can鈥檛 guarantee. Extremely poor customer service.

Terrible, received a delivery that cost my husband 100.00 for mothers day , got 1/2 the quantity that should have been in the upgraded arrangement.
Their excuse, limited supply due to covid -19!
Then sell it for 1/2 the price.
Will not recommend Canadaflowers.ca

This is a horrible service, we placed a order for flower to be deliver on April 24, 2020, order was place on April22. it was not deliver upto 5 pm on 24, we called to confirm at 5 pm on april24, there respond was, it could be deliver upto 6 pm. It was never delivered, nor anyone call to apologize. We called next day to complain, they were polite and acknowledge the flowers were not deliver, and we were they will look into the matter. Today it鈥檚 May 4th, they never did contact us, nor they deliver the flower or refunded. To me they are fraud and incompetence.

Unacceptable. No recourse. Ordered a basket decorated with ivy, with a variety of flowers, including roses. A smallish bunch of tulips etc. in a florescent pink vase was delivered. I assumed the basket and ivy would be standard equipment for most florists. I was prepared for flower substitutions, but still expected some volume and variety. The delivery looked cheap. It embarrassed the small group of people behind the order. I was offered a "sincere" apology and assured the "team" was investigating. Dead silence since. Wish I had investigated further first.

What you order NOT what you get! – Do NOT buy from Canada Flowers!

Carefully chose and purchased a rose arrangement from the website.

Instead they sent tulips.

$111 for tulips!

Nobody contacted me and gave me the choice to cancel or pick something else. I submitted my order a week in advance. They had plenty of time.

I emailed customer service with my pictures to complain. Their response to my complaint and request for a refund was 15% discount on my next order?!? They refused to even give me the incremental difference between tulips and roses. Michelle the customer rep insisted that the tulip arrangement was of equal value to the rose arrangement. I had upgraded the flowers in order that my friend have more roses.
When asked why I was not contacted about the substitution (due to shortage of roses they said) Michelle told me that they cannot possibly call every time they do not have the right flower. So basically the customer is ordering blindly. Why bother picking from the website. In addition upon looking at google reviews on their website other customers were called about substitutions. Inconsistency in their service.

They expect me to spend more money on them in the future to receive the 15 percent discount when I am not happy with my current order!

The roses were supposed to be a special bouquet, carefully chosen for a very dear and good friend. This special surprise was ruined for me. I was embarrassed to have sent her tulips. Her favourite flowers are roses. She has tons of tulips in her garden.

I will not be ordering from nor do I recommend Canada Flowers. They hide behind their substitution policy so that they can just change the flowers without approval.

Awful ! Do not trust this website. I placed an order two weeks before the delivery date with specific instructions ( quite simple) to text the person before to avoid contact with doorman and respect COVID-19 regulations . THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED 50 MINUTES AFTER 6 . I was on the phone with my cr茅dit card company claiming it was a scam when my friend finally called and told Me they finally came. They鈥檙e customer service from Emma and Jessica was awful! They were so rude ! Kept telling me the guy has until 6. The bouquet looked awful . Do NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY ! They our fake reviews on their sites

Since we were unable to travel to visit my mother in law for Easter we decided to have some beautiful flowers delivered. I picked out a gorgeous arrangement and paid to "upgrade" it. The flowers were indeed delivered on the day we chose, but they looked NOTHING like the photos. The ones I chose were all shades of purples and my mother in law got bright flashy ones. The arrangement was also nearly dead when she received it. She got it on a Monday and they were all dead by Thursday. This is unreal!!!

Read reviews about this company and was weary, but flowers showed up on the date requested, and they looked like the picture. They were done by a local florist. Pleasantly surprised!
