I had bought Cannabigold Classic CBD oil (500mg in 12ml, which is just under 4.2% cbd) from another store (Fortheageless) before and liked it. The store sent me an email that this full spectrum CDB oil had been replaced by Cannabigold with a new CBD isolate oil (not full spectrum) with added terpenes. However good it may be, I'm slow to try new oils and didn't want to change if that would be possible.

I soon found out that most stores have sold out of the Cannabigold Classic. It won't be replaced. This brought me to find Cannabatree.co.uk in search results, thinking I'd search for any stores which still have any stock of the classic oil.

I was a bit dubious about the company because of lack of mention upon it, as I'd feel for any web store. It is a very well made website and everything seemed fine, but I was unable to find any reviews of them in the internet. On the plus side at least there were no negative mentions or potential alerts. I also found their merchant processing company was a known and reliable one. I can be uneasy taking the plunge buying from a new company when I can't find feedback. In the end, seeing they had spent time crafting a very appealing Facebook presence (but few followers still), I decided to go ahead and purchase.

It was a great offer, 拢24.50 for the Classic 500mg oil, which was around 拢10 or a bit more cheaper than the average price, and over 拢5 cheaper than the next lowest price I could find online. So I purchased two bottles of oil.

It did take a while to arrive, around ten days. In these Coronavirus times though I'm now used to long waits, for example even Royal Mail 24 packages taking three weeks.

I'd been thinking before ordering about the shelf life, because this can't be very recent stock as the oil is discontinued. But two bottles arrived with a advised use date of nearly a year and a half away. Great. Good service. Thanks you very much.

I'd just want to add for this company or any fairly new company which hasn't built up a reasonable online feedback profile yet, I was thinking it's probably in your interests to try accepting Paypal for a while anyway until there are some reviews and reports out there. I suppose that Paypal and some other payments agencies can have fees which are high for small businesses. However, unless sales are going well enough without much feedback, Paypal has a great safety cushion for buyers. I know I wouldn't have hesitated with Cannabatree (or any quite new company) if the Paypal option were there with its refund guarantees, and I imagine others being the same.

Otherwise, it is a great idea to put links in follow up emails for customers to review in review sites or just on your Facebook page.
